Incidentally, the OP needs to learn to read. There was nothing willing about what happened to the 7 year old. The 15-year-old girl pretty much kidnapped her and counted the money as she was being raped. The parents apparently knew that the 15-year-old was completely off her nut, because the police were called as soon as the 7-year-old was found missing.

Really, this isn't even all that remarkable. Just another instance of child abuse at the hands of complete drooling morons. From the sounds of it, they were ghetto gangsters (this being Jersey, more than likely). I hope they catch every single participant of that party -- the world would be noticeably improved by their captivity. Plus, if their inmates hear how they got put there, I expect much soap will be dropped. That's karma.

i personaly believe that while the boys should be tried as adults(giving they willingly gave money too engage in sex with minors)the 15 year old should be given phyciological treatmant as(from what i know)she desplays signs of being a phycopat, the lack of the ability to care about others, or phosiopati the same as phycopati but induced from a traumatic event.
