Well I suppose it would depend on how you define 'video game.' First electronically based game I ever played was the original Zork, but of course I was 8 and couldn't spell anything, nor did I understand why the nasty knife killed me when I tried to use it, so that didn't work out incredibly well. First game with visuals; Sonic. I don't know WHICH Sonic, I think it was the one with just Tails in it, but it was such a bloody long time ago I don't remember. Then there were the later versions of Zork, which had something to look at (Thank God) and Mist on the PC. After that the adults of my household bought an N64 for myself and my two elder siblings, our first games on it being Starfox 64 (though I do remember playing the older Starfox before that somewhere...) Zelda, Ocerina of Time, Mario Cart, Super Mario 64, and Doom.
