I've got a whole roll of 'em lying around somewhere, so I'd be happy to trade. But you do realize that your 2 quid is actually worth more like 3 dollars, right?Cpt_Oblivious said:Loads of people don't know they exist. I know a few people going to America soon and I've asked them to try and get me one, just for fun.
A 3 dollar bill would be pretty cool too.
I've got 3 pence coins at home as well as a pristine Iraqi banknote with a picture of Saddam Hussein on it... Somewhere..
Should be worth some in a few years.
If anyone wants to swap 2 dollars for 2 quid, give me a shout ;P
But people don't think £2 coins don't exist.dantheman931 said:I've got a whole roll of 'em lying around somewhere, so I'd be happy to trade. Should've told her to call, what would'a happened?GRoXERs said:I have several, one of which I keep in my wallet as emergency money. They really aren't rare. It's hilarious trying to spend them sometimes, because a lot of people apparently don't beleive they're legal tender - I had a cashier at a gas station try to tell me I couldn't pay for my soda with a $2 bill - then she tore the corners off of it, even though it was the only cash I had on me, and she threatened to call the cops when I walked out of the store.
It stopped being funny at that point.
