The Sagara Family. Very little death in that game, that I've noticed, though occasionally massive pain is inflicted upon the worthy.
Isn't that an H-Game?

Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock, they rough up a giant robot and have rock concerts on his back but I don't recall homicide, correct me if I'm mistaken

Probably Katamari Damacy.
If you roll people up and shoot them into space, they'd probably die. It's been a while since I played this. I should do, that game was awesome.

But I'll quit being a pedant now :p My own recent non-killing game was the Back To The Future: The Game series.
Really now? Applying laws of physics to a Katamari game? That's a first ever xD

Well except for maybe that guy on the scalfolding, not sure how a person would not drop him.
Duck to his right and punch him, dodge and disarm. He usually stay's on for me as I refused to kill people.

Amnesia I guess, I wouldn't exactly class it as a violent game, just as a perfect example of true horror.

Minecraft... Although, technically you can fight monsters. The combat is so basic and boring, I don't really count it, though.

No *killing*, Arkham City.
I'm going to share this joke with you that came from my friends.

next time you leave a man hanging upside down, or cut him down so he lands on his head and breaks his neck, or beat him and leave him riddled with internal bleeding and multiple concussions he likely wont wake up from, or dropkick him over a railing with a long fall below, or drop him into toxic gas, or spray him/nearby with heavy concussive explosive gel which would rupture his organs, just say to yourself loudly and with all certainty: "I'm a gooooooooooood batman!"

Last game I played was Viva Pinata, but you can still murder small animals with a shovel.
Banjo kazooie nuts'n'bolts doesnt ever kill anyone, but does have some heavy combat.
Despite Saints Row 2 paramedic claims, i don't believe that "noone ever dies is stilwater"
I just did a no-kill run of mgs3, but people still died because of me... and the same for mgs4
i dont know if I own any games that dont have violence in some form...

hmm...

fuck it, I'm gonna have to say windows pinball

Trauma, which I finished last night, although I'm not sure you could call it a game. If not that, then Zen Bound and Chime.

Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. I haven't finished it yet (what with school and all) but I have yet to kill anyone. Although, trying not to be the one killed is sometimes a feat in itself.

Well I'm going to have to try to finish that one myself.
