Duck to his right and punch him, dodge and disarm. He usually stay's on for me as I refused to kill people.

I'm going to share this joke with you that came from my friends.

next time you leave a man hanging upside down, or cut him down so he lands on his head and breaks his neck, or beat him and leave him riddled with internal bleeding and multiple concussions he likely wont wake up from, or dropkick him over a railing with a long fall below, or drop him into toxic gas, or spray him/nearby with heavy concussive explosive gel which would rupture his organs, just say to yourself loudly and with all certainty: "I'm a gooooooooooood batman!"

Last game I played was Viva Pinata, but you can still murder small animals with a shovel.
Banjo kazooie nuts'n'bolts doesnt ever kill anyone, but does have some heavy combat.
Despite Saints Row 2 paramedic claims, i don't believe that "noone ever dies is stilwater"
I just did a no-kill run of mgs3, but people still died because of me... and the same for mgs4
i dont know if I own any games that dont have violence in some form...
