Mount & Blade. With mods, of course.

Taking over a world takes a long time, y'know. And it would be interesting to see how big my army could get with two dozen hours worth of playtime.

Advanced Dungeons and Dragons. I'd play through one of the super-modules, like The Temple of Elemental Evil- that could take days!

If it had to be a computer game, then, the entire Baldur's Gate series.

Assassin's Creed 2. It took me almost exactly 24 hours of gameplay to complete it.

If I had to play on my own, I'd say Fallout 3. It's a game I have in the past played for over 24hours straight... but if I had someone else to game with, I'd pick Super Street Fighter 4 - Recently I've been playing it non stop for pretty long periods of time :)

League of Legends.
I really can picture myself playing that 24 hours straight. Even better, a friend of mine recently made it to 80 hours straight.
...Yeah, I can't believe it either. If I hadn't seen his profile "in game" for three full days, I wouldn't have believed it either. His excuse is "that Anivia is so awesome".

I have before but for 72 hours, a mix of final fantasy 12 and kingdom hearts 2 ^_^ 13 was to linear but i never liked 12 that much anyway, so after 42 hours of 12 i dicided to put in kh2 for good measure now thats a sweet game!
You played for 72 hours non-stop?

...

OT: If it was on the night I got it again then I could have played that for 24 hours straight no problem.

X-Com: Terror From the Deep.
Good choice. I need to get back into this game, I finished UFO Defense and intended to start on it next, but I never got around to it.
It's probably not as good as UFO Defence but it's far harder so it's the longer game. I tend to get slaughtered the minute lobstermen turn up.

If online multi-player is still available, Team Fortress 2.
If not; Star Wars Battlefront 2, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, Fallout 3 and possibly Prototype

Mafia. Because I'm the type who could cheerfully spend 24 hours parking across lanes of traffic and running along the resulting jam smashing windows in with a baseball bat :D Simple things, you know.
