Sorry, man, I slightly over-reacted =) Apologies to you.AMMO Kid said:Yes and I was trying to add to the conversation even though I don't have both. Really? thats strange, I have huge plate like hands and thats the reason I don't like the Xbox controller, I get cramp after 3 minutes with the thing.kurupt87 said:I was raised on the playstation controller, I had a Playstation then a PS2 followed by a PS3; the Xbox is the last console I bought. This is because my friends have Xboxes so I can multiplay with them. I singleplay on the PS3 because (watch out, opinion incoming) it is better, apart from the controllers.
The main reason is because I have huge hands, the Xbox controllers fit my hands but the comparably tiny Playstation ones do not, they feel like a toy version. I always end up with gamers cramp after a decent session on the Playstation but not after an extended time on the Xbox. It's a purely ergonomic reason, nothing else to it.
OK EVERYONE, THE SHIT STORM STOPS NOW!.LordCuthberton said:Cowabungaa said:Technically he had no reason at all to answer in this thread as he does not own the both consoles named in the OP, hence couldn't even answer the question even if he wanted to.While the question does ask for the percentage who own both, he has answered that he doesn't need one as supposedly there are no games that interest him.LordNue said:Actually no, he didn't. His answer implies he does not have a ps3, the topic very clearly asks a specific target peoples, those who own both a 360 and a ps3, the question being which they favour if any. Not whether you have both or not.
That's a answer in itself and it doesn't warrent the following response...

I don't play games for any longer time than 1 hour so I'm not too sure if thats a marathon gaming session to you.
Although what we can conclude is your opinion is different to mine, ergo it is wrong.

Seriously, that is odd. I mean I see it as a logical thing, Japanese people are generally considerably smaller than I am and so will have a controller that is designed to fit their (smaller) hands. Western people are, well they're still mostly smaller than me but, generally bigger than the Japanese and so have hardware that is made for slightly larger people.
I guess it just comes down to what you are used to initially, I found it hard to get used to the Xbox originally but once I had I preferred it. Tomaytoe tomahtoe and all that.
Holy Mary! One final thing, a marathon session for me is an embarrassing eight hours or so. They don't happen very often, and when they do I emerge the other side somewhat shellshocked and 'basic' (give food, need wee), but they are good fun.
