My idea is a race of people called the Manitou. (this is taken from native American folk lore)
They are like the 2cd edition Gnomes (You know before they became short elves).
They have a tall face with usually long noses. They have small thin hands with there middle fingers being extended (Like an aye-aye). They also don't wear shoes (Like hobbits). There tinkerers and great craftsmen. They enjoy dwarves and tend to live near them. There considered small creatures.
There stats are.
+3 Dex
+1 Int
-3 Str
-1 Cha
Now my question is, does this work?
Are the stats a good idea or do they just scream TWINKOUT!?
Does the race seem like a fun idea in a D&D setting?
