CATCH LYCANTHROPY! then do everything else... EVERYTHING ELSE.... which will probobly start with building a small lycanthropic army... sweet....
Lycanthropy? Don't be boring...

...and stop there. Catch lycanthropy, and then try to catch polyphoric hemophilia. Because let's be frank: there's been too much talk among the fanbase of vampire-werewolf hybrids in Skyrim for it to have been ignored entirely.
actually not possible... Lycans and Vampyr have disease immunity, making it impossible to catch both (or so i am informed)
Goddamnit. That's...

Wait a minute. Both of those have a gestation period, right? I know that polyphoric hemophilia did in Oblivion. That time when you 'have' the disease that will turn you into a vampire, but you haven't actually turned yet?

New hope! And frankly, if my wild-mass-guessing is actually right, a brilliant gameplay device: it's ludicrously difficult to contract both within the same narrow window, making a cross-breed something genuinely special...

...unless turning into a vampire/werewolf automatically wipes away any pre-existing conditions, of course. That actually would seem far more likely.

Oh well. I'm still probably going to catch them in relatively quick succession, if nothing else than for the quests I know will be associated with them. From there, I'll probably start hitting the Daedric shrines. Those were easily some of the best highlights out of Oblivion, and I see no reason that would've changed.
while i have no intention of getting that game, you have another hope

modders :p

pretty sure some one will make you werewolf/parasite hybrid doable

why yes i do have a low opinion of vampire. how ever did you guess :p

i think the captcha was drinking again ....

Winning Dark Souls. Seriously I don't want to be caught between these two games, they both deserve my full attention for different reasons, I think I'm actually going to play a rogue/assassin character as my first on Skyrim, normally I completely neglect that option and either go for full on warrior builds (Dark souls) or Arch mage type stuff (Dragon Age) Skyrim also looks like the kind of game I can take advantage of a sneakier character than most RPG's

Get to a town as quickly as possible, then load up the modding tools and make myself a scythe to place into a shoppy's inventory for...

1 copper.

Probably find the nearest town and start doing side-quests. That or explore the first dungeon I come across. I don't bother with the main storyline until I've run out of other things to do first.

I'll most likely finish the tutorial then wander around till i find a dungeon and then get my sneak on and introduce arrows to bandits heads.

Get myself a job, get myself a home, get myself a Nord wife, and wait for the inevitable racist outburst at the sight of a mixed marriage. Yes, I always play a Redguard, Redguard-Nord/Breton enimity be damned!

Explore. I find a sidequest or dungeon? I'll do said sidequest or dungeon. THEN I'll do some more of the story.

Well I really enjoyed the realistic setting in Fallout NV so I'll probably try and roleplay for a bit. I imagine my guy will be pretty hungry once he escapes jail so he'll catch himself something to nom on then go to sleep for a bit. Then he's gonna go to a bar in the nearest town, get pissed and get himself into a bar fight, just to work off all that stress.

So, easy question. When you get Skyrim, what is your first action (in the game, after you´ve inserted the disc, smartass.) I mean, when you´re first dropped off into the world and left to fend for yourself.

Me? I think I´ll deny my duty as the dragonborn and get a job in a town. Then, I´ll realise what I must do and set out to follow the main quest for a while.
Trying to actually finish Oblivion before my military physical tuesday-wed.

Nick something. Steal something off the first person I see.
Become a thief, naturally. I'll see how many things I can get from the first shop I enter and then see if I can trick the lady into buying her own property back from me.

Main quest for long enough to unlock dragon shouts, then roam the land collecting as many shouts as possibe before starting dark brotherhood/thieves guild storyline (the end of the main quest is WAY down the list).

Meh. To be honest, mod-produced stuff can be good, but I always prefer the stuff to have been in the game in the first place. Besides, I'm getting it on the 360 because my computer doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of running it.

Challenge accepted! I see your drunken captcha and raise you...Kosher Kaptcha!

Got it a few days ago. As annoying as these might be, they do keep bots out pretty well, and they're hilarious often enough to make them worthwhile.

Gonna spend an hour creating my character and then just wander as far as I can. Gonna see if there is any free housing I can use and then just horde any item I can, because without any updated wiki's that troll fat may be needed in a future, dont want to go selling it all first day

Probably find the nearest dungeon or town and see what's inside. Maybe see if I can loot some new gear.
