Pretty simple, build an army of zombies. Use Solid Snake/Altair to assassinate any competition. Sylar gives some of his blood Mohinder Suresh, to which he makes a formula and people I select are given super powers.

With Paul-Muab'Dib as leader, we would know the future, and be able to prepare for it accordingly. The other three would handle the actual fighting, and I think we can agree that they would be unstoppable.
