I agree spore had some good ideas but seemed sort of stretched out. not even depth or reason for playing through each stage i.e you complete one stage and lose it all the next also the space stage annoys me mainly because I tried to set up a huge galactic alliance (and that failed horribly)

ex:I'll be in the middle of colonising a planet when I get 3 whinge-mails all at the same time telling me to go somewhere and do something because theyre too lazy to do it themselves. I'm supposed to be an spacefaring race going around colonising planets and trading items not a errand boy... Also wtf is a Grox??
Grox = The Dread lords, they just occupy everything in the core ring of the galaxy and are there to slow you down trying to reach the center. They also raid planets from time to time.

You're right about one thing, why the fuck does every other civ have fleets to defend their colonies when all I have is one measly ship + 1 for each ally.

I think this has suffered from "Peter Molenyex Syndrome".

There is no cure, I'm sorry to say. You will die in 3 months.

Spore reminds me of the game Amazing Island, a game made up of minigames. The only fun part of that game is the creature creator. But even a creature creator with that many possibilities gets old fast.

I can't believe that I, someone who wants the game so badly it's beginning to make me want to steal my Dad's credit card, am forced to wait at max 3 months for the game, yet people who have it don't like it. Can I have one of your copies?
