Honostly, I don't think he entirely knew what he was doing. Even if he did, thi sis one of those cases where, despite the horrifying nature of the crime, I think that hardcore counseling (understanding what's wrong with this kid even if you have to make him have a psychological breakdown) is appropriate, and not a step more. Unless you want to look to the parents. Then there's a whole lot more we can do.

Also, what's with that site? It has tons of horrible stories about death and rape involving children, and than always posts some picture of a Loli or Shota doing something horrible.

Doesn't sound too far off from what we did in my kindergarten, except we were all between the ages of 3-6, and it wasn't actual rape. I do recall some "Not Safe for Work" episodes though, such as one of the girls trying to pull my pants off while yelling "fuck me!" I think I was 5 and she was 4 at the time. Not actually rape, but I got a lot of exercise running from girls wanting to do weird things to me in my kindergarten. Also, it isn't all just in my head, I've met others from the same kindergarten, who, when asked non-influencing questions, would tell similar stories.

Well I should preface that it's not the majority of children, but there are actually sections in parental help sites for how to approach said issue.

Naturally, we should distinguish the difference of masturbation and actual sex drive. I thought girls were "icky" until I was about 12.
