Well, America will be 50% obese and almost 90% overweight by 2020! Yay for us! Now, what are you going to do about it?
I'd love to see some evidence supporting that. Also the whole weight chart is absurd. The way they calculate it is purely based on height, weight, sex, and "frame" of the body. There are so many factors that come into play that it's not even funny. Body fat percentage needs to be the primary thing in determining how over weight you are, period.
I am 5'7" 178 LBS. I'm considered obese by the charts, but I only have 8% body fat which puts me in the category of an athlete. Many athletes are well over or under the weight projection, so what does that say about them? There's also females that are under the weight projection, but have ridiculously high body fat content, are they fat?
The whole system is absurd. As long as you have a clean bill of health and no warning signs for disease, you should be happy with who you are.

Yeaaahh... And 486kb RAM is all we'll ever need. And only 5 richest kings of Europe will have computers in their homes.
Also, to all people with fast metabolisms - enjoy while you can, faster body reactions = shorter lifespan.
Sounds to me like someone is making things up out of envy.
