Zakhaev from Call of Duty 4. I only wish I'd had the opportunity to make his death more painful.

For me, it's probably Fontaine.

Obviously, I didn't realize he was the main villain at first, but as soon as I found out what was going on, my first reaction was, "You ************! I'm gonna rip your balls off!".

He only made himself easier to hate as the game went on. God, that was a satisfying beatdown.
It's funny, I found myself really detached from that fight...it was like he wasn't the Fontaine I had come to love from the audio diaries and then come to hate from him being a dick to me personally. He was spliced beyond recognition I guess.

But, yeah, that was a good boss fight anyway.

I really liked killing Peach Wilkins too. What a tool.

The Human Noble from the city elf origin in DOA, god no one could've been more annoying then him. He had the smug laugh, tries to rape your bride and friends, I took GREAT pride when I decapitated him.
Conversely, playing as a human noble: storming Arl Howe's castle is very, very cathartic.
None of that can top being a Dwarf Noble. Bhelen (Your younger brother) has been pulling everyones strings from the beginning. He has your older brother killed, frames you for it, you get exiled, your dad can't deal with the stress and dies. Everything is perfectly set up for him to become king, but you throw a monkey-wrench in all his perfectly laid plans by coming back as a Grey Warden. At the end the master-planner just loses it and attacks, at which point you get such a wonderful catharsis.

Shepard (Modern Warfare 2) and Edgar Ross (Red Dead Redemption) mustachioed assholes to the bitter, bloody end! (good god I hate those two)

Nyx in Persona 3. An unstoppable incarnation of evil you were never meant to kill. So satisfying.

Irenicus, from Baldur's Gate 2.

At that point, he has imprisoned you twice and conducted horrible experiments on you and your best childhood friend (whom he pretty much mentally shattered). The latter imprisonment resulted in him sucking both your souls out.

When you finally catch up to him, he is about to drain the elven Tree Of Life, ascend to godhood and kick the elven pantheon in the arse as revenge for getting punished severely for the last time he attempted it (some decades earlier).

And then he has the gall to survive your assault on him and the death of his body, at which point you are both sucked into a temporary plane in hell where you both attempt to wrest control of (originally) your soul. In the final battle, he has several demonic allies AND shares your 'slayer' form (during which you are pretty much avatars of Death incarnate). Sweet, sweet victory it was. And quite a satisfying end too.

Aeris, FF7; God, she was obnoxious.

And then I kept trying to kill Rinoa in FF8 with all that "I'm a witch!" nonsense but the game wouldn't let you go on if you let her die. What a shame. She annoyed me even more than Aeris.

Those characters are why I can't play FF games anymore. The characters all piss me off.

Defeating Malak was awsome and I felt like a badass once I conquered the universe. But I've thought about it, and he was actualy really pathetic.

So the number one spot goes to that punk Shogo Akuji in Saints Row 2. He was such a little *****.

I love killing that ***** Anna Navara in Deus Ex, mostly because I killed her before I got her kill phrase. Ask me to surrender? Fuck you! Machine gun to the head!

Seeing just how pissed Gunther was as well afterwards is great as well. It's like, I'm gonna make you pay for what you did to my brother!

Three Dog and Mayor McSquishyhead. Three dog was just obnoxious as hell, and Mayor Mac thought he could hide behind being an invincible child. They were both delicious. Omnomnom
