Honestly, Valve fanboys would cut off their own limbs if it meant an Episode 3 screenshot would be released. How many of you would have actually bought those games if this wasn't involved?

Just stupid. Good idea, but the hypocrisy involved is overwhelming. If this was EA asking you to buy Dragon Age DLC or other games to make Mass Effect/Battlefield arrive earlier you'd slaughter them

Damn this timer for being on American time. For me it's already Friday morning, and this thing is 15 hours away. Now I need to find another excuse to skip uni.

I am not surprised. Valve is based on the west coast of the US, so I think they would end up using their own time.

I'm not happy with all this logic and reason being used against me.

In other news, this is pretty much unique in the history of game advertising, right? I mean, when you consider the fact that the other games in the potato sack are all relatively small-time indie developers, this is a very interesting move by Valve. I suppose they're still making plenty of money for themselves, but it's still an extremely interesting and innovative way of setting up the launch of a long-anticipated game for maximum impact and developer benefit.
