It's probably going to involve GLaDOS taking over the ARG wiki/the games/Steam/the internet.Telasro said:I'm thinking that there will be one last thing that needs to be done before release. It says "Tomorrow you will be given the final test. Then it will be entirely in your hands when I am freed." This in my mind implies that one last thing remains
A sign on the door: "No portal 2 refunds"Xzi said:Valve could probably care less since they're get the original $60 that you're paying for it. The retailers are the ones who have to pay out trade-in costs. Even with a new release you'll only get like $40 back, though.Baneat said:I am 99% sure that game stores will not allow returns on Portal 2 for PS3, plus it's a scummy thing to do.Snowalker said:I disagree with you, and I know I can't be the only one. But the thing is, you are indefinatly wrong on this particular case, because if you get the PS3 version, you get portal 2 for Steam free anyhow... [small] I like boxes and manuals, so what? and yes, I'm aware not everyone has a PS3, but heres some food for thought (Hope I don't get in trouble for saying this) one could buy the PS3 version, use the PC code, and trade the game back in.... just saying [/small]
Unless he's just talking about returning by claiming a defect or something, which would be a very scummy thing to do. Speaking of which, I do believe Gamestop will allow you to return any game within the first seven days of a purchase for any reason. Hmm...wonder how they're going to work around the potential exploit here.
