I am Brazilian and therefore don't need to learn any other language, for I know the only language that matters in the internetz, Brazilian Portuguese aka The Language of Trolling UAHUEHUAEHAEUAEHUH.
Note: if you haven't played an MMO full of Brazilians, you might not get the joke, I've never noticed a Brazilian trolling conspiracy, but people say we are bad at games, troll a lot and ruin their experiences. Also, when written, there is barely any difference between Brazilian Portuguese and European Portuguese, but I put Brazilian Portuguese up there just in case the Porties don't want to be known as internet trolls.

I can speak 4 and there's no point in stopping..

French, because it is great to write, even if it sounds a bit silly (don't throw things, dear French, at least 2 of my 4 languages sound silly too).

Spanish, because the speed in which they talk is impressive, and it covers an entire close but distant cultural heritage I'd love to explore.

And to round things off, something eastern, just to prove that I can do it. Chinese, japanese or even korean, doesn't really matter.

All of them.

Whoever knows the most language when they die, wins.
You'll have a long way to go to beat Sir Richard Burton [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Francis_Burton]. 29 languages, apparently.

Binary
Why?
It's the most common language on the planet, that's why.
Binary isn't a language - it's a number system. Even then, most programmers haven't used straight binary since the start of computing - hexadecimal representations have been far more common, and assembly languages typically use hexadecimal address notation instead of binary, because it's more efficient to type.
I'll take Swiss, in case I need to get away for disputable legal reasons.

I speak French more or less fluently, but there is still that slight hesitation while speaking it, so I wouldn't mind being in Quebec or even France at some point to better my ability as a French speaker.

But a language I really want to learn is Polish. My mother is from Poland but she never taught me Polish. Listening to her talk to family on the phone or with my sister (who learned, lucky person) over the years really inspired me.
On the less realistic side is Gaelic. It's gorgeous..why not?

I also wouldn't mind learning pretty much any other language in the world. It's fun!

Mandarin, because practically no one outsides of Hong Kong speaks Cantonese. Currently learning Japanese for work, but I can just barely get by. Interested in Korean, although I think I might want to learn a European language like Dutch or Greek.

Latin.

Being a self-absorbed douchenozzle just isn't the same unless you can pretentious it up with some cool and intellectual sounding bullshit.
Same here, I absolutely fail at learning it but I'd really like to know it so I can just say random stuff in Latin and act like it's a quote from Cicero or some other dude.
