Bullseye dude you nailed it. I think the whole thing is sexist. Either men need to wear tops or preferably women need to go topless. Its only fair.

this is because of the dating paradigm. Generally guys have to make a lot of the moves, be confident and be able to make women swoon to get them. Whereas most of the time women just have to dress well and say yes/no. Is that sexist and offensive for me to state. Probably. Is it any less true though, id say probably not.

I agree. It's annoying that men have to make the first move, ask for the first date, be the first to propose marriage, and basically be the people initiating everything. And then once you've done all that, you're expected to pay for everything too.

Come to think of it I believe now that it's a bit silly for women to have to cover up or else be considered "indecent". I mean its not like female's breasts are sexual organs. So women should be able to show their boobies er... breasts in public without being social punished.

Okay so I have another reason beyond equality and logic for my proposal. But I mean if female breasts were shown more often, I doubt men would make such a big deal out of them. Now that doesn't mean that women should just walk around topless. Same as men, they can be topless in certain situations, but should wear a little more in others.

I've rubbed a mans chest before, and not much happened. When someone, namely my girlfriend, rubs my chest or I rub hers, the reaction is noticeably different. I'm honestly not sure where I stand on this, but I will say that womens breasts do play a bigger role in their lifes then mens breasts do in theirs, on average. xD

I've rubbed a mans chest before, and not much happened. When someone, namely my girlfriend, rubs my chest or I rub hers, the reaction is noticeably different.

I've been with and talked to a few men who are the polar opposite. I don't think it's safe to make generalities, I'm sure there are women who aren't sensitive there that deal with all sorts of shame because of the expectation that they should be.

I've always wondered where they draw the line. If I were to get implants as a man without any other gender reassignment, could I show off my C cup on TV? How much do they have to look like female boobs in order to be censored...

I figured since they are used in a meaningful way for the development of infants (breast feeding/breast milk) Since I'd assume other the years women felt a need to cover that area to better feed they're children while other areas (groin/rear) are to cover one's self to help keep it clean while hiding unsightly messes before toilet paper was invented. Then curiosity in what's being covered in the more reproductive members of the species started turning/having it into/becoming an attraction to that/those bodily parts and it sort of stuck other the years Which would explain certain cultures strict or loose nature on different areas.

I would think shojo manga/anime would make the guys have nipples cuz as you said there are girls out there who go crazy when they see a guys chest.
