I said I have better things to do then mourn about a persons death. I never said I had more important things to do then being a Dick, which I beleive I am not being, aprtially, because everyone has their oPINIONS, while I partially belive you, because no one likes it when someone does something that the social contract does not allow them to do, like not care if someone dies.

Well, I dont exactly abide by the social contract, and I probabley never will, because I hate comformity on large scales, and because I hate lying to people and telling them something different then what I'm actually thinking.

For example...

"I totaly care about Liam Nielson's wife's death." I said, despite actually thinking:"Hes Rich and famous! He can by himslef a new wife!"
Your argument falls flat on its face when people realise you took 20 minutes out of your life to explain to strangers how you dont care and dont wont to waste your time on such matters.

I never asked you to lie, no one did, we merely ask you to stop being a douchebag.

Its not my fault people dying doesn't make me move an inch, I've just never cared. Perhaps its the fact I'm anti-social due to Asbergers. Perhaps its the fact I've adopted certain aspects of Yahtzee's attitude. Or Perhaps it is the fact that somewhere along in my childhood, all care for human death left, along with my love for watching Saturday Morning Cartoons on 4KidsTV like SonicX and Kirby Right Back at ya.

Point is, I don't care. I have better things to do then do what others are doing out of kindness or emotions, or instincts.
You are redeemed in my eyes. I agree with you on the fallacies of human's emotional response towards death. It is pointless. I do agree, that it would be wise of us to leave this thread. We seem to be getting unwanted negative attention....

LOL its spelt Aspergers, I suffer from Williems Aspergers myself, funny how us Asperger sufferers are shit at spelling and grammar but are have shit hot IQ's. Maybe I dont show emotions but I'm not a fucking dickhead to people.

If you have better things to do then why did you waste your time on this thread?,

Point is, go watch douchebags on X play instead of spreading the douchebaggyness.

No one is asking you to feel anything about her loss, and it is okay not to. I think what was found offensive was that you were expressing elation and joy over it. (which are also emotions, meaning you can feel the emotions, just not the appropriate ones for this occasion). It is mean to think just because he has money that means he has no feelings. They were married 15 years and have two children around the ages of 12-13 years old. Children have lost their Mother. A husband has lost his wife. The money has no part in the equation. That is something you don't have to feel anything about, but should still respect.

Although, on the other hand, she WAS a moron for not wearing a helmet, and taking a concussion lightly.

My sympathies to Liam and the family though.
Thats not very nice, she was on the nursery slope when she fell, I go skiing and I never wear a helping, its just a freak accident that she caused a hairline fracture in her temperal lobe, it could happen to you or I while tripping up in the street.

Problem is we would all take a concussions lightly, I had a door slammed in my face and I thought nothing of it, I suffered a concussion but luckily I stayed up for two days, alot of people do the same, hit to the head and dont think anything of it.... go to sleep, wake up with migraine lasting a week!.

This is a deep shame that Liam lost someone so close to him, and in such a situation. I've heard of head injuries killing the person hours after, so it's not surprising, but no less tragic for it.

The tragedy at bethsoft is that they made that shit game Fallout 3. You should probably title this "Tragedy in Canada" if anything.

NOW I know why the Canadian news stations had a shitload of coverage on her accident (besides it happening in Canada...)

I gotta admit, Qui-Gon Jinn was one of the few good actors in The Phantom Menace, and he did one EPIC Ra's al Ghul in Batman Begins.

Although, on the other hand, she WAS a moron for not wearing a helmet, and taking a concussion lightly.

My sympathies to Liam and the family though.

I've never seen beginners wearing helmets on the ski slopes, you would think the only ones wearing the helmets would be in the extreme ski competitions. Have the laws of helmet wearing pervaded the beginners ski slope too?

You are exactly right, it seemed such a light accident, and she did get up laughing; then later developed the headache. You wouldn't think such a small fall would have caused such a devastating injury either. At the time, an ambulance was called; but I heard it was turned away by someone (not sure who) before the EMT's ever got a chance to look at her. They say in the case of a head injury the first two hours are critical in saving the patient. You are very lucky to have survived your concussion, since you didn't seek care either. <3

The only people I have heard say similar things about Fallout 3 got in and played the main questline straight thru. I can understand finding the game lacking if you do that, as the game is over quickly and without much time to do anything else.

I had the good fortune to hear in advance the ending of the game, so avoided it completely, just exploring the massive map till I ran out of things to find, then did the side quests, then finally tackled the main questline - it is an Awesome game if you do the main questline last!

Another thing I found was that people who loved playing on Live or Online didn't love it because it was a single player only game; meaning it was fun to play only when they had no one online to interact with, which limited the time they would put into the game.
