Who cares about World of Warcraft recreated in Minecraft? Gensokyo is a far more interesting and beautiful realm.
The drool that came out of my mouth when I first saw this project/video was enough to fill an entire ocean. One of the best 45 minutes of my life. I literally love the Minecraft community for things like this.
This isn't the only impressive thing made for Minecraft, certainly. But it's among the absolute greats. It's a litterally gripping video, and the recreation of Gensokyo is gorgeous beyond measure. The sheer possiblities for roleplaying and the like that things like this create... oh, I need to hurry up and join a server.
Just watch, just watch. It's art. Just like Touhou in general. And I suppose you can feel free to share your own amazing Minecraft creations you've found. This... this is godly though. And deserves its own topic. Actually, the Escapist doesn't talk about Touhou enough. I need a good website to talk about Touhou.
It's also not something super duper new. But the Escapist fails to talk about any of the good things so there's no topic already. Better late than never.
