"I Swear! I Did It By Mistake!" - Lollipop Chainsaw: Hold the camera as if you were to look under Juliet's skirt. Keep it there for like, 5 seconds it'll pop.

You get one for pressing Start at the title screen on The Simpsons Game. I think I win. Maybe.
That is by far the easiest. I can't think of any that are easier than it and I have unlocked it somehow.

I was really fond of the one in portal 2 when you can jump in a bottomless pit and get both an achievement and a good bit of humor for it. Typically I ignore achievements, save for the one in the first portal where you activate each radio; that one made my most recent play through incredibly interesting.

Finishing MW3 on Veteran (Flame Shield Activate)
Lollipop chainsaw has a few very trivial achievements the most notable is probably look up the girls skirt (can't remember her name)
Just leave it up to Sudo to reward perverts

There are a ton of games that reward you for going through the credits angry birds and a few others.
I aint hearing that, COD on vet is incredibly hard. This is coming from a guy that can play Deus Ex on hardest.

Getting the Skill to 100 achievement in Skyrim, using Block - go to cave, back up into corner, raise shield, get bashed by low-level draugr. Tape down trigger button. Leave for an hour.

I've played a few games where you get an achievement for getting other achievements. That just seems lazy.

Plot achievements. You earn them by playing the game, without doing anything truly noteworthy within the scope of the game. They are a waste, and should be replaced with achievements like "Beat this chapter on the hardest difficulty without dying" or "Find all of the secret areas".

Well, in Portal 2, there is one where you just stand there, as if to make a point to Wheatley about smeg off about his tests.
Oh god, that one. I thought that you had to do it in the room where he's trying to get turret cubes to go on the button and was sitting there for a damn hour waiting for something to happen. I felt so stupid afterwards.

The Xbox 360 version of Minecraft will net you about 80-100 gamerscore in roughly 10 minutes. Just by constructing all the basic tools and killing a couple of common enemies.
This is very true. Only four or five of the achievements can't be easily obtained within about thirty minutes if you play the tutorial.

I call bullshit as well. Unless CoD is the only game that you play and you've played it all day every day since at least CoD4 came out there is no way that Veteran difficulty could be considered easy without some form of cheating.

Viva Pinata has a couple of play time-based achievements. 10 hours and 50 hours, I think. And, in the mean while, you can play a really cute game if you're so inclined.

There are a few of a similar vein.

I also like 'Splosion Man's acheivement for remapping the buttons (Since all of them are to 'Splode).

You get an achievement in Tropico 4 for completing Sandbox mode with cheats on

You get an achievement in Civ 5 for rating, downloading, and playing with a mod.

You get an achievement in Magicka for dieing from Fall Damage... Something you will do A LOT

(Off topic, but Magicka, while being a horrible game, also encourages you to be a horrible person. There is an achievement for stealing someones gear when they die, and being invisible when they die.)

Many games have an achievement for creating a character. Thing is, you can just press 'finish' in lots of those games right at the beginning and it'll still give you an achievement.

Disgaea 4 gives you an achievement for not skipping the anime intro before you even get to the 'Press Start' scree.
Came in to post this. The only thing I can think of that would be easier/more pointless would be a trophy for putting the disc in the drive.

all the progress achievements, like completing chapter 1,2 or 3 on hard or below(or whatever you default difficulty is) because you want to finish the game anyway they require no effort at all.

and i think infamous had travel x miles on train tracks and drain y gigawatt of electricity, those kinda achievements just kill time
