Why do I say that? BECAUSE THE CUTSCENES ARE CONTEXT SENSITIVE.
Stripping them out and selling them on a DVD would be two grades of stupid.

Not a chance in fucking hell. If cutscenes have to be paid for separately to be part of a game, I will never buy anything from Acti or Blizzard again.

And does Star Craft 2 have a good cutscenes, anyway? They'd mostly be exposition, because the action is covered during the gameplay, so this would be a incredibly boring movie, wouldn't it?

Yea, I wouldn't, I'd find a free method of getting them if I cared. Which I don't since I can re-watch them whenever.
Though if they were to release an actual new piece of CGI to make a movie, that's another question.

If it was a proper film then yes I would most likely buy it, but buying cutscenes just sounds stupid.
It would also feel quite detached. One minute "Oh my god, Zerg incoming", next minute "Phew, I'm glad we managed to escape the Zerg". Only someone who had planned the game would actually understand what was going on.

Well cutscenes are cool when they are there but not necissary, There wasn't much cutscenes in starcraft 2 part 1, minor videos with mass dialogue "ingame" is not a cutscene.
You could just you-tube them 99% likely.
I do enjoy the real video cutscenes, but some of them are boring. Sceneic / artistic videos of things you don't even get to experience in the gameplay is just stupid to me aswell. (metal gear solid over the top everywhere cutscene of stuff you never get to see/do. You just end up in a cargo plane at the end of cutscenes)
The good ones are the ones with action in them (science vessel attack sc1 comes to mind/ both intros to sc and bw kickass also), not with dialogue and carebear "i wuv you/ you are my bestestfriend" crap.
