BUT that doesnt change the fact that for the min or so that I started at the thread title, I nearly cried... Just the THOUGHT of Steam/Valve being tainted by any other company (but especially EA or ActiBlizzTard)was enough to almost make me lose it...

Hell I thought even of killing my (gaming)self... total purge from the gaming world... not even card games... a total null in the gaming void... Let me tell you that's a scarey fracking thought!

People may not like VALVE/(mainly)Steam, but since being with them since early beta's (especially Steam), any issues experienced now are a minor pittance compared to the issues that used to plague the service that is now my #1 Game Shop, and to lose them, or have the DRM that would eventually follow into Steam (yes Steam has its own DRM, no I dont approve of it, but its probably the SINGLE DRM solution I will ever tolerate...) and its games...

And I never said politics was black and white; I simply said for some issues, it's not a rainbow, but a spectrum of greys. Take, for example, gun control and gay marriage. For both, you have extreme sides and moderate sides, but all along the same spectrum.

Gun Control:
Guns for all, no limitations ---> Guns for some, registration, safe storage, etc --> No guns

Gay Marriage:
Fuck no ---> Some legal rights, civil unions ----> Marriage

For these spectrums, you're either going to be liberal or conservative. Moderate liberal/conservative, sure, but you're still "liberal" or "conservative."

Id rather be lady like than gentlemanly. I called them conservatives and liberals cause thats what conservatives and liberals are. Personally, it is wrong to presume a republican is a conservative and democrat a liberal, and I feel bad over the non conservative Republicans that Ive vented on. Agreeing with someone on one thing does not make you them. I think it is wrong to kill. Thats also a commandmant in the Bible, doesnt make me Christian, nor should it be viewed as just a Christian view (that is untrue though anyways, but thats not the point)

And if you must label views, then gay marriage isnt a liberal view, its a gay view, and since liberals are more acommodating, gays tend to be liberals out of convienance.

anyway fallout 3 wasnt that bad, aside from reducing brotherhood to "white" (and its made very clear in universe that even the brotherhood themselvs are pissed about this) I honestly dont see what everyone is complaining about, Broken steel improved it alot (aside form lack of closure...but even then I felt the ending to fallout NV told us a little too much)
