I really don't see this as a spoiler. I mean if you've played any of the Modern Warefare games (even World at War) it is par for the course that absolutely terrible and horrible things happen to the main characters. I mean do you really expect any of them to come out intact when the first game literally nuked you?

But I thought I had the kill streak of 25, not Al-Asad.

Maybe it won't be Modern Warfare 3, but that "futuristic" shooter they suggested? Although with Activision's attitude in this, if it does wind up as Modern Warfare 3, why bother denying it? It just comes across as something a 6 year old would do.

Actually, I've only played a little of the campaign because I have nothing that can run it. Getting a new PC in a week, I'll play it soon after lol.
OT: The wording is pretty vague. Or he could be lying. Or it could be a giant hoax designed to get people excited about some other game that just happens to have a character called Makarov... Total coincidence. But considering he said "not revealing anything yet" they'll probably reveal it in a couple of days and say "ohoho we fooled you didn't we?"
