If that won't 'fly' with the Wizard then

Either he gets it (as he is the only wizard), thus leading credence to the theory that there is only a single wizard, or he doesn't in which case there are far more. I can then don my detective coat and go looking for them, in search of a mystery.

You said "the planet" that is a location.

Ah but its not, 'Emperor over all Mankind' is a title, and therefore specifies a single person. Just as 'The President' is a specification, whereas 'A President' (as max said) is not, it is a general group of people.

Check the OP again. He said you can't say a "name or location." but any other description is fine. Title falls under "Any other description." It still works ;>
