I am most defiantly still in. No one has engaged my character. Every time I've been drunk I don't notice anyone unless they actually engage me first so this was what I was going off, I've not been drunk often.

'Well... even more of a reason for me to go.'
He began to follow Joesph.
'So, whats this kid of yours like?'
He ran up to Joesph so they were level.

"He's a great kid, the best thing that ever happened to me, in fact. He wanted to be just like me, to be like his dad, but I would always tell him 'no, you don't want to be like me, you want to be better than me'. He would always just smile and keep walking with me, side by side. I really don't want him to be like me. I want him to be the exact opposite of me, to not have to do wrong to do what's supposed to be right, do only do the right thing." Joseph started to tear up again. He stopped talking for a second to let himself calm down.

"I don't want him to be cursed like you and I, cursed to this planet that used to be earth. I don't want him to have to live here, to live after the fall."

So, that was basically the pilot episode. I have a two things to ask before we move on to episode two (which will be in the title, I promise):

Am I doing a good job as both a Gm and a character? Because I'm willing to take a Co-GM or just give GMing off to someone else entirely if I'm not.

Is there anything anyone wants to change in any way? I'm open for suggestions, and if there's something that needs changing, I'll do it.

Thank you for dealing with me not posting for about three days, I was swamped and thought I already had. Any suggestions would be nice, and we start episode two (Dirge of Peace) in about twenty four hours, maybe less.

You're doing a fine job for a first go.
It took me about 5-8 go's before I got a RP up an' going.
Yes, my furry RP has started.
But anyway, if you want a good co-GM don't come to me.
2 reasons.
1. If I'm to be honest i'm not good at the whole thing. If you look at the furry RP you'll notice how random the whole thing is.
2. I'm going to spain (next week I belive) for a week and won't be active at all unless I rent a computer or I find a wifi spot and go on my Ipod touch.
But personally you're doing good...
[sub]better then FalloutForever.[/sub]

To answer your question Donkey, yes you are doing good as a GM, with intervening in the right moments. And I saw what you did there, a title drop.

Also, Eviljoe. Sorry about that mix up, I guess I dropeed the ball on that one.

You're doing great, donkey. It feels like I am finally making my way out of my semi-depression keeping me away from this forum, and I will be a lot more active from now on. If you still need a co-gm, I'll do it.

Sorry guys, but I'm swamped both on this forum and in real life as it is, so I'm going to give up my spot to Stone Wera :) Wear my hat proud and please don't make my character die in the bathroom. Good luck all :D

Sorry to see you go, but I guess I can at least hope that you get less busy soon. There's always a spot for you here if you need one.

I heard someone dropped out? Is there an open spot here?
You can have either a new character or take over Jav3lin's, either way you can get in.

[HEADING=2]Episode Two: Dirge of Peace.[/HEADING]

The group had found their way to the docks, and where ready to continue to the island of their employer. The docks had many a strange sighs about them, however, and some of the younger members of the party couldn't help but stare at some of them. Fishermen hauling huge monsters bigger than the boats that caught them, hundreds of barnacles the size of basketballs on the bottom of rusting ships, and sailors with grotesque deformities and tumors where some of the more tame sights to be seen.

An old man called out to them, recognizing Joseph in the group. "These are the great heroes that Roman needs? Well, not my place to judge, so get on, and I'm expecting payment from you before we go." Joseph handed the man a large bag full of 9mm bullets. "Thank you, kind sir, give my blessings to Roman and his misses when you get there." With the the group climbed on to the small boat, which had several heavy-machine-guns on it's sides.

"Is this thing safe?" Lilith muttered as she took a careful step aboard the boat, as if it would sink just by the touch of her feet. Truth be said she had never been on a boat before, and she found the principle of only having an unreliable piece of metal between yourself and a cold, wet death to be unnerving.

She might have put up more of a fight if she still wasn't making big eyes over some of the things she had seen in the harbor. Beasts of the sea that she had no idea existed, and would now be sure to haunt her nightmares. She didn't need to ask what the machine guns were for, but still didn't feel really safe.

'Ha, I should think so.'
He felt his hand across the boat.
'Last time I was on a boat if you stomped on it it would sink.'
He looked up engrossed in his memorys.
'That was a quite a time ago. I think I was 15 maybe? I was out hunting for some people that had been terrorising the area at night. They used boats to get to and from their base, which was on a island. I waited untill dark and when they were off I snuck in, avoiding the guard they left, and found a hidey hole. I waited there for 4 hours and 10 times I swear the place was gonna fall apart. But anyways I got to the island waited for them to go, killed the guard, destroyed the other boat and picked 'em off one by one. When I got o their leader he shat himself. He said stuff like 'Please, please don't hurt me!' and 'I can give you anything, anything just let me walk away!' 'course I killed 'im. Made ut slow too.'
He came back to the present.
'That wasn't here I don't think. All I know is that it was fun!'

The captain looked at the two young members walking onto a boat. He turned to Joseph. "Not exactly the cutest couple I've ever seen, but the cutest to ever be on ol' Bess." Joseph let out a laugh and smiled at the two. "Now don't go down below deck, you two, we might need your help if we get attacked. There's been pirates and a Serpent in the area, and we need all the firepower we can get." The captain joked at the two.

He turned back to Joseph. "How about you and me get a drink when we're done getting to this island of yours? It'll be just like old times." He asked. Joseph turned to him, his face looking far less cheery. "Sorry, gotta pass on that. Maybe later though." Joseph took a seat in the open control room on the boat and looked at the sky. Don't worry, Orsa, dad's coming for ya.

He looked out into the sea.
I wonder...
He went up to Joesph.
'What kind of monsters inhabit this area?'
He looked out at the sea again.
'Anything big?'

'Frightend, no. But I want to be prepared.'
He pulled out his magnum and inspected it.
'Though this thing is more powerful then most sniper rifles, I want to know wether it'll be enough.'
He put his magnum back.
'If there's is anything too big, however unlikly, I want to be prepared.'
