Metallica's Ride the Lightning, Anthrax's Among the Living, Iron Maiden's Powerslave, Rush's 2112, and Death's Scream Bloody Gore.
Very nice list you have here

I really like Ensiferum.
You're not the only one that has a passion for Ensiferum. Easily making the list for my favorite bands of all time, even after Jari left and Petri replaced him.
And neither of you are alone in your love for Ensiferum. o-o
Though I've only recently discovered then, they're becoming one of my favorites.
It's a hard band not to enjoy, dating back to the early days between the fast style of playing and the slower more melodic songs, and Jari's range of vocals and sheer guitar playing ability, to even now with petri doin the harsh vocals and markus doin the clean vocals, they are a superior band in the world today.
I completely agree. The only bands that I like more right now are Draconian, Iron Maiden, and Sigh. Even then, they're not that far ahead.

Fortress - Protest the Hero
Good choice. I think we've talked about Protest's awesomeness before too, yes?

I've been addicted to Addicted for quite some time now actually

Along with his Terria album:
Hey, I was going to make that horrible joke! It's a fucking masterclass album anyway, I would say up there as his best alongside Ocean Machine and City, which is saying a lot.

Funnily enough, I never got that into terria though, even though theoretically it should be right up my street. It's good and all, I just always got the feeling I never got it, if you know what I mean?

Oh, and to add something else that hasn't been ninja'd (I hope), Periphery's self titled album has me coming nearly every day at the moment.

Colors - Between the Buried and Me (always will be too)

Pretty much all I'm "addicted" to at the moment, although I enjoyed a listen of Year of the Black Rainbow before. Not my favorite album EVAR or anything, but it's pretty good.
Damn, you are awesome. I've been listening to Fortress, Colors, Alaska, and Deflorate(Black Dahlia Murder)non-stop these past few weeks.
Alaska's really good too, but I give Colors a listen every week or so, and have been for the past year. It's really fucking good, and I think The Great Misdirect's gonna become that kind of album too.

Holyhell's self-titled album, and Judas Priest: Painkiller is stating to become a firm favourite. Can't get enough of One Shot At Glory.

No, I don't. Seeing as Terria, Addicted and ZTO are my favourite albums by him, I can't see why you didn't like it :/

Though, I believe you've told me this before. I could be wrong though.

Yeah changing the lead singer can often ruin a band, but I love their new stuff just as much.

Now we just need Wintersun to release that damned second album....

OK Computer, of course. Paranoid Android is in my top three favourite songs, the others being The Night by Morphine at first place and Time by Pink Floyd at third.

Welcome to Sky Valley by Kyuss is goddamn awesome, 'nuff said.

Kaizers Orchestra's Maestro is also wacky-fun to listen to.

DJ Shadow - Endtroducing...
That album is downright fantastic. DJ Shadow's use of sampling is masterful, and although I wouldn't have said it I'm glad someone mentioned it.

I don't like most of the music you people seem to like. That is the only way I can express that without sounding like I'm trying to start a fight.

So now that I've set myself up to have my own opinions ridiculed, I've (recently) been addicted to

Minus the Bear's "Menos el Oso" album, along with

This chick blows me away.

Take Off Your Pants and Jacket by Blink-182.
Order of the Black by Black Label Society.
Master of Puppets and Metallica by Metallica.

I can listen to those albums all day. There's probably a couple of others that periodically join that list though.
