Most people in America don't know what "journalism" is.

Most don't want it, either, but I'd say that goes Internationally. Huffington Post came in spite of Drudge Report. MSNBC is the liberal Fox News Channel (and arguably just as insane). Too many people live in bubbles believing what they want to believe and seek out the truth they want to hear.

Kind of like this roundtable ideologue/network bashing in which many posts ignore the issue in favor of hitting the figurative pinata that is FNC. If you want more of this you could just go to a mainstream news comment section.

Alternatively, the statistics could be completely accurate and Fox would still be spouting insane nonsense.

Besides, abortions happen. I believe in Russia there are more abortions than live births [citation needed]. Yeah, America is hardly on the frontier in that respect.
