I voted Link...mainly because Gordon Freeman, as a story character, is bland, generic, and nothing more then a empty vessel with a name.
Edit: Out of the four mentioned in the OP I would have voted for Samus though. She actually has some form of character and charm unlike the others...not to mention her actually saving the galaxy.

You know it all depends on the situation it probably be a close quarter combat so link would definitely be the winner.

Even though this whole competition is full of shit it still ended up with what I thought it was gonna be. Nintendo came out with the real faces of the gaming industry, about anyone in the world sees Mario and knows what he's from.
