My current MtG deck is an up to date Golgari deck focused around [mtg_card=Corpsejack Menace], [mtg_card=Disciple of Bolas], [mtg_card=Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord] and lots of smaller Golgari creatures with scavenge. [mtg_card=Dark Impostor] is one of the featuring removal cards for whatever may be played on the other side of the table.

I'm all over the place (in magic that is)

Green saprolings. Smother my enemies with hundreds of tiny fungus creatures!

Green Red Borbygmos Commander. Borbygmos is a huge cyclops who makes all of my creatures bigger when he hits people. everyone else is huge too.

Green White Black Doran Commander. Doran makes creatures deal combat damage equal to their toughness instead of power, and he costs so little so I can build my deck with high toughness low power cheap creatures who turn into hyper effecient high toughness high power.

Green Blue Simic/Spike. All of my creatures' power can be moved around the battle field, such as on those unblockable guys

Green Blue Stasis. Make it so no one can do anything with blue magic, but avoid my mass stasis with green magic

White Golem. Somehow I have made a white mana ramp/big beater deck

White Blue Azorious. I arrest/detain/paralyze anything that looks at me funny

White Blue Soldier/Enchantments/Unblockability. Most of my creatures are Soldiers or knights, most of my power and defense comes from enchantments, and I have many ways to make my creatures unblockable

Blue Milling. You can't play if you don't have a deck anymore, so everybody gets to draw 20 cards. every turn.

Blue Red I Have The Answer To Anything You Try. The cards involved are like 2/5 card drawing/cycling, 2/5 useful cards (such as lightning bolt or counterspell) 1/5 utility cards (like Arch Mage Ascension, which makes it so whenever I would draw a card I may instead look for one in my deck, or cards that let me shuffle my graveyard back into my deck)

Black sacrifice deck. Most of my cards either sac themselves for good effect, sac other things for good effect, benefit me when they die (like to my other cards that sac them), or cards that can come back from the dead (such as reassembling skeletons, who can be played from the graveyard). Also gravepact, which forces every opponent to sacrifice a creature whenever one of mine die.

Red burn deck. Not much to see here, just cards that set you on fire, summon elementals to set you on fire, or make me better at setting you on fire.

And then there's the WUBRG Sliver deck. A swarm of creatures who have abilities like "All Slivers have X" where X might be any existing ability, a stat boost, or some new ability like "(3), sacrifice this creature: destroy target permanent"

I think I like building decks more than I like playing with them.

I've been getting into Magic recently, but I mainly do drafts so I haven't gone and built myself a decent deck. I'm not sure if I have enough cards to build deck with any sort of synergy or strategy yet.

As for Yu-Gi-Oh, I currently have a Dragon deck based around special summoning from the graveyard and banished zone. It started out as a Dragons Collide [http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Structure_Deck:_Dragons_Collide] structure deck, but I've swapped a lot of the cards out and made it more suited to my play style. Basic strategy is to discard/banish high level monsters from my hand and deck as payment for cards abilities, and then special summon them back to the field.

I'd say the main/favourite cards in it are probably Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and Dark Armed Dragon.

I've been too cheap to buy a real life YuGiOh deck but I've constructed lists for an Exodia deck, Blasting the Ruins deck and Self-Destruct Button deck and I may collect the cards to make them when I get some cash.
Make proxies.

I ended up doing that for a couple Kamigawa block decks so I wouldn't have to drop 200+ on casual play.
I'd rather have a full real card deck but if it ends up saving a lot of money then yeah, I'll definitely consider it.

I used to play both Yugioh and M:TG, but I stopped playing for a number of reasons.

1. No one to play with
2. All the new rules, such as Synchro summoning or that 'XYZ' thing, when I ran with the same style of deck since 2004.
3. All my cards are extremely dated (my main Yugioh deck still used cards from the VERY FIRST booster pack series from 2002).

Oh how I miss advice dog...

I haven't played Yu Gi Oh in quite a while, but I remember having an earth themed deck and a fire themed deck. Together, they made THE VOLCANO!

And to think I thought I'd be excluded from this conversation :U
On that note...why did you come in here then hmmm? HMMMM?! I know your little game, I'm watching you.

OT: I'm afraid I have the wrong kind of decks for this, Technics 1210's and they're quite heavy so it's rather difficult to "whip them out", plus they're set up already. I do have a solitaire game on my phone, that's technically a deck and a card game, I could post that...No?

In YuGiOh, I am a proud Six Samurai dueli- SHUT UP I HAD NO IDEA HOW COMMONLY USED THEY WERE WHEN I STARTED. Besides, nowadays I mainly just use 'em to Synchro/XYZ Summon powerful monsters. Colossal Fighter and BAN Ninja FTW!

I'm also putting together a Nordic deck on the side. Odin is just far too OP for me to not base a deck around him and his friends.

Right now I'm playing Scrolls, which is made by Mojang. It's still in Alpha, but I'm having a lot of fun and play it pretty much every day.
As an ex tourny level mtg player i am loving scrolls myself as well :) i used to run blue white control before Jace The Mind Sculptor was banned :)

Scrolls is a great game and will hopefully be approaching beta before Christmas self bump but check out the forum scrollsguide for all those intrested.

I'm hoping if mojang get it right this will be an awesome game.
