Am i the only one who loves Fable 3 and anything else Lionhead and Peter have made?

Yes there is a lot of flaws, but i absolutely adore about anything that Peter have made...

I can of cource mention about a billion things that could be made better, but that does not make it bad...

What is your opinion?

I've never played anything else by Lionhead, but the original Fable was a lot of fun. And no, you probably aren't the only one in that situation.

And since we're asking "Am I" questions, am I the only one in this thread who wont use 'that word'?

I always loved fable series... played'em all but it's like peter is making them worse by the sequel

I consider each of his games by themselves and so have enjoyed each one for its own merit. I think the biggest problem with lionhead gamess is the hype surrounding them ultimately leaves you feeling disappointed. That's why I don't listen to the hype.

Fable 3 was a failure for me. It was short, too much comedy killed any attempt at atmosphere or drama, the Sanctuary was one of the worst inventory systems I have ever used, character models were generally ugly, the game was too frickin' easy (You can't die. COME ON.), the king section was too short, combat became repetitive, and for a game about playing "your" hero character customization was severely limited.

I spent many hours on Black and White back in the day, trying to convince my tiger not to throw villagers in to the ocean.

I've played Fables 1-3 and I wasn't impressed with the latest one (why am I holding a criminal's hand in order to drag him to jail? I should just club him and drag him back to the guard). However, I wasn't so put off that I wouldn't play Fable 4 if/when it comes out, I just think Fable 3 could have been a lot better.

I liked Fable 3, however I feel that they shouldn't of removed the HUD like they did and streamlined everything. Removing my options like they did made it feel like they were holding my hand though out the entire game.

Also, the magic system from Fable 2 blows and I don't know why they kept it. I like to be able to move around while casting rather than charging up in one spot while 8 guys attempt to rape me. That destroys any of my desires to play and magic based character.

Fable: TLC probably goes down as my favourite game ever and I also enjoyed Fable 2 and 3. The problem is that theres always some press release or something where Molyneux tells everyone he's god and the games he makes are the salvation of mankind (slightly paraphrased) and then although they're still pretty fun they don't live up to the hype.

I loved Black and White despite it taking me forever to finish any skirmish matches, and really did like the Fable series, I did find that while I enjoyed my time with Fable 3 that it was a bit short.

I didn't like Fable 2 that much, that game was just evil against good characters. It was like they did want you to be evil yourself, which had almost no consequences for yourself. Didn't buy Fable 3 at all.

If Molyneux wants to make his games and HUD 'fully' interactive he should learn from the likes of Dead Space, not make me walk through a goddamn closet every 5 minutes.

And my God, the loading screens.... ugh.

I love all peter's games tho i was sadden heavily with some small alterations fable 3 had but is still in my top 30 list fable 2 is in 3rd

gamers always do this they go QQ this game is just another sequal nothing has changed why release it QQ example call of duty, halo and other games. They also however which is not notice as much QQ they changed the game rather then making another awful identical sequal QQ example Fable 2, Dawn of War 2 and DMC.
The latter isnt noticed as much but it is growing more prominant in forums and such, hey everyone is a hypocrit after all.

All in all, the graphics were the worst offenders. Nauseating and vomiting, that motion blur + glow. Also, no grey moral area like they told me I'd experience.

Um the king part was where the moral grey area was, as you had to weigh the risk of living standerds and risk of everyone getting killed

I liked Fable and Fable II. Haven't played Fable III, but based on what I've seen of it, I'm not impressed.
