Chrono Trigger's To Far Away Times will always be a favourite of mine.
I also enjoyed the end credits of Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. I wish I could find and MP3 of that one.

Spoiler: God Hand credits

If these aren't your favourite credits, then you haven't played the awesomeness that is God Hand.

This song is brilliant because the lyrics pretty much describe what happens in the game, yet it manages to remain a pretty catchy tune as well.

Although, I have no idea what people who haven't played God Hand must have thought it was about, when they played along to it on that Guitar Hero game.

I still choose Light of the Day, Dark of the Night, the song during the credits of Shadow Complex.
