I have to ask though: What does the country have to do with anything? It could happen in America, or England, or Italy. The only difference is that people in Indonesia tend to be a lot less informed on the dangers of smoking and western countries tend to be a lot less fatalistic and a lot more dreamers.

Until today, I thought there wasn't anything wrong with smoking, all the studies had been rather biased (they still are) and smoking isn't as bad as they claimed. Today I got some proof that Cigarettes are in fact, dangerous, though I still don't believe it's quite as bad as they claim, it's still pretty bad.

But a child that young probably wouldn't ENJOY smoking... It's all well and good saying "but niccotine is addictive blah-di-blah" but children of that age have far larger taste buds and far smaller, softer lungs! Most children of that age can't stand passive cig smoke let along breathing it at the age of 2 voluntarly, the tyke would probably throw up and, being learning creatures, avoid cigarettes ever afterwards! One of the most addictive aspects of smoking is not the drug itself but the action involved; the art of the process... and that's something I doubt a 2 year old could grasp.
If this is true, however, the answer is simple: Shoot the father in the face and claim the child. Give the Tyke to a proper family.

So...the father claims that there are "no problems thus far" except for the fact that if the child doesn't smoke 40 a day he starts banging his head against the wall saying that he feels dizzy and sick? That's a pretty big fucking problem right there.
Some people should never be allowed to be parents, ever. Do they have a social services in indonesia? If somebody did that here in the UK and anybody with even the slightest powers of reasoning ang logic found out they would be banged up in a heart beat.

They're similar to Tar Guards. These ones are called 'Friend Holder' with the 'friend' part being sarcastic. It's a cigarette holder with a changeable filter inside. Go down to a tobacconist and ask for a cigarette holder/filter.PayJ567 said:
