Hi folks..

I was just wondering who holds the unofficial record in breaking ps3 controllers to smitherines and what game caused the frustration?

I've smashed 3 controllers meself, two of em whilst playing Battlefield Bad company and the last one when playing Motorstorm 2..

ps: this is my first post ever, so please be kind if any mistakes are made..

As i've seen lot of ppl have anger issues with other consoles than ps3..
So for that sake, just give us ur history of carnage and mayhem no matter what console or computer.. lol

My brother overturned the coffee table when he got angry with MOH:A and the controller was on the table as he did it which resulted in the analogue sticks being destroyed

Its not the hardware that I break from frustration, its the software. If I'm in a bad mood, I break incandescent light bulbs just by flipping the switch. Sometimes I'll do it twice in a row. I also killed a few MP3 players, though I'm not sure how I managed that.
And yet, I still prefer incandescent over those HORRIBLE flourescent tubes...

And just yesterday, I was searching for words in a PDF file, and It kept highlighting random things like, "It" and "Art History" and "Behalf o" 'n oddities like that.

Moral of the story: PMS+Electronics=mass destruction.

Welcome to the escapist. I put a dent in my wall with a gamecube controller once.
Gotta hand it to them controllers, many of em can take much more damage than expected.

Looks like you and me could really use some anger managment, but i also suspect the gaming industry of making irritating games so that they can sell extra controllers..

I once smashed a Ps2 controller and made half of it explode, does that count?
out of curiousity.. How did it explode?
I held one half in my hand and brought it down hard against the floor, and one half split into a punch of shrapnel and separated at high speed.
haha.. yes, i can picture it in my head.. Absolutely lovely.. lol.. Just like a frag grenade almost.. hehe

It's the games i swear! Lol. Anyone who doesn't get angry at a game isn't human! Damn that made me realise why controllers are so expesive as well! This is a conspiracy we must unfold!

You'll get a lot farther in life if you don't take PMS rage personally, and learn to think deductively, rather than inductively.

I haven't gotten that angry at a game since Snowboard Kids on the N64, surprisingly the controller never broke though.
