I'd make a mixed version of hybrid human.
Lions (the to hind so he could walk upright)
Eagle (for Wings and agility)
Armodillo (for the exoskeleton)
Barracuda (for the razor sharp sets of teeth and creepy looking eyes)
and finally a Dragon! (Fire breathing, the head, the extra pair of wings, its arms and the kick ass tail that trails down the back of the head to the ground.)

Purpose for such a mess...military uses! What would the Terrorists say if they saw 10 or 20 of these things flying of the mountain tops? and their guns wouldn't do shit since Dragon scale are as close to unbreakable as it gets.
