hey im designing a online anime for a uni project and i just wanted to no wat kinds of thing ppl like in anime...genres...stories..characters and concepts...feel free to throuw some ideas into the mix!
Hey, you're a DBZ fan, too?!AC10 said:I like when they charge up for 30 episodes.
Well I wouldn't find it funny if it were an erection either.Onmi said:On the Nose Bleeds that's only because they can't show an erection on screen, working around the censors and all that.AC10 said:Anyways, on a SERIOUS note I like when the action is pretty concise. If a fight starts it should end in one to three episodes. If not, it better be a hell of an interesting fight without all the bullshit.
As mentioned above, charging up forever and introspective monologues (props to SODAssault for that one!) are just really annoying. They disrupt the flow of things.
If you're going for a comedy I have to admit I'm not the hugest fan of Japanese comedy. Most of it is really pervy, and a lot of the time it's just crazy situations that are so unreasonable.
Like crash through a window
land in bath tub with naked woman
nose bleed
I just don't find it funny. Though there are other kinds of humor I like, but this post is getting a lot longer than I wanted it to.
have they ended naruto yet?oliveira8 said:Very bad english..but moving on.
Go with something like...FullMetal Alchemist or Cowboy Bebop.
Ignore Naruto.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhOnmi said:No no it wasn't done for humour in the first place. but they needed a way to show their character was physically attracted without popping a boner.AC10 said:Well I wouldn't find it funny if it were an erection either.Onmi said:On the Nose Bleeds that's only because they can't show an erection on screen, working around the censors and all that.AC10 said:Anyways, on a SERIOUS note I like when the action is pretty concise. THEN it mutated into a joke (that's not funny)
Agreed. I hate when that happens. Are writers so reluctant to kill off characters?notoriouslynx said:No "epic" scenes where the main character is about to die but doesn't. If a character is about to die, you kill him.
