Im having an anime fever but I dont know what I should watch next. Please tell me your all time favorite anime, and if possible what type it is. Like: Romantic comedy, Fighting, ...

My favorite is a toss up between DearS or Toradora.

One of the only anime I've watched that has truly touched my heart, and almost the only thing - regardless of medium - that has made me shed a tear in recent years.
