Ichigo 100%. Also all game tying/sports games and stuff to do with board games. I don't like most harem, but I love a well written one. I don't watch shonen, but I'm fine with it. Also, I'm having issues with watching Rourouni Kenshin. I grew up with the dub, which had a bad ass voice for Kenshin, while in the subbed version he (literally) sounds like a girl. I will get into it eventually though.
Edit: oh, and I will never watch anything Naruto. Ever. Same with Bleach but I don't think that it quite works out, since I like the manga.

I don't like Death Note. Sure, the characters are a little cool, but as for the story, well... I mean, a book with the power to kill anybody's name you write in it? It's kind of meh for me. Rurouni Kenshin, though I haven't really watched it or anything, doesn't seem too appealing to me. Blood+ and Hellsing also fall into that category.

On the other end of the spectrum, though, any anime that doesn't really take itself seriously (Axis Powers Hetalia, Lupin the III, Bo-Bo-Bo-Bo-Bo-Bo-Bo, One Piece, etc.) I usually can take solace in.

Code Geass.

Perhaps I should try again, but I couldn't finish the first episode. It just didn't appeal to me.

On the flip-side: I loved Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, Paranoia Agent, Death Note, and Evangelion. One day, I pray Geass can join the ranks as well.

I was halfway through watching Full Metal Alchemist and all of a sudden just said "meh" and haven't watched it for about three weeks now.

DBZ got me interested, .hack almost got me hooked, but every single one since has crushed the deal and I haven't watched any interesting ones since. Read or Die almost had me, I managed to watch it all the way through once but I didn't buy it, and FlCl was a bit perverted and didn't quite make much sense, but it was the overall deal breaker. Too much reference to old men making it with little girls and the whole deal with robots growing out of peoples brains and it not seeming like any big deal was just ridiculous.

Anything over 26 episodes doesn't really draw my interest and I'll just read the manga instead (much more concise), well, except for Cardcaptor Sakura, I watched the 64 episodes of that and wasn't unhappy with it.

Shonen animes suffer from having 30-minute episodes allowing them to put more in each episode than in each manga chapter, so the animes catch up to the manga too fast and they have to make filler and stretch out scenes that should take 2 seconds.

Blue Dragon the anime is something I just couldn't watch, dunno why, liked the game a lot, the anime just did not appeal to me.

And the bashing/"all of it" responses start, though I really shouldn't be surprised in the slightest. Pimppeter2's exempt from my rage because he added a "not my cup of tea" qualifier and is cool. Everyone else report for mandatory Divine Bustering and boxset-to-head beatings.

On topic, I don't randomly watch whatever so I haven't seen anything I really hated, but Bokatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan just disturbed me. It wasn't the gore or the lolicon, it was some more sinister force I can't put my finger on.

Also, not a bad anime by any means, but the great romantic plot of Shakugan No Shana is marred for me by somewhat poorly focused plot and wonky action. Not the best description, I just thought the execution of some of the action detracted.

Edit: While I don't actually have malice against the series (or at least the manga) itself, Naruto didn't catch my interest that well.

I don't like any harem anime or most shonen ones (I did like the Death Note manga, but the story is just too slow paced to keep my interest in anime form). Mech anime don't really interest me either. And I tend to stay away from shows that get too depressing (Grave of the Fireflies, Bokurano, etc).

Most of the Gundam Series, I love SEED/Destiny to bits but I simply can't get into 00 for instance.

You are going to get flamed to death for liking those two Gundam series. Just a warning, I'll give you a flame shield.

But yeah, I haven't ever gotten into a Gundam series as of yet, though I'm trying. I'm very much enjoying Nanoha StrikerS, which from what I know takes influences from Gundam, so hopefully I could find a good Gundam series.

Sounds like a logical assesement, considering she likes twilight. At least she knows that its one of those guilty pleasure things, and it isnt actually any good.

I could never get into Cowboy Bebop. Honestly, the child in me comes out whenever im watching any anime series, but that one just felt a LITTLE to...

I dont want to say "mature" because that isnt quite why I couldnt get into it. I suppose it just felt too different.

None. I've haven't failed to get into any anime yet. but I tend to stick away from ones I don't think I'll be able to get into.
This is the situation with me. I have still yet to just try and watch anything I don't think I'd like.
