One Piece, I was bored one day, so decided I'll give it a go. I watched 3 episodes and realised there was at least 400, "Fuck it" I thought and turned the show of.

Ghost in the shell.
It looks like exactly the kind of anime I would be interested in but I just thought it was boring and uninteresting.

All of it, save three.

The Boondocks (well, it is as long as we're just going on art style)

Afro Samurai - It has Sam Jackson, bad-ass fight scenes, and a sense of style without being overbearing (IE every other Anime-style cartoon of its ilk)

Dragon Ball - It was like MacGyver mixed with The Karate Kid. The only "Traditional" Anime-style cartoon I like.

..... its not my cup of tea
I can't watch/read it either. It's just so 'Ironic' or 'Cliche' Though i draw it occasionally. I'm probably just being hypocritical. Speaking of which, I need a cup of tea.

Really, as bad as the "all of it" responses are getting, I'm taking rather light measures.

I watched the first two episodes of Bleach and decided that it just wasn't for me. However I read the manga and loved it. The exact same thing happened with Naruto.

Burst angel was another. I thought "Huh, giant robots and bewbs I sup- Oh God, whats wrong with their voices!?" I bought the boxset for cheap and have yet to get further than volume 2.

Ghost in the Shell is also on the list. I watched the first series of SAC and while I liked the majority of the episodes there were some that I just found boring to watch.

The question is better inversed for me, but there are just one or two that I don't find incredibly lame and predictable.
Gungrave (got bad toward the end but otherwise very memorable)
Detective Conan (stopped watching after it got incredibly repetitive)
Death Note (still watching, so far it's all right)
Phoenix Wright (technically not an anime, but it's a highly story-based game that's obviously from Japan, so...)

What I hate most is how in anything centered around competition or violence, all these abilities or secrets are revealed out of nowhere to the point where everything is just so impossible to guess at that it's not worth trying to follow. It's like "What's next? He has a bio-bomb nearby that can kill anyone he doesn't like within a radius of 50000 meters?"

I can't get into the silly anime shows like Fooly Cooly or Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. I tried to get into Zach Bell, but it got too silly for me sometimes and Cartoon Network just kinda stopped showing episodes before even finishing the current story arc the anime was in, making me sort of disappointed.

Boring anime also gets to me sometimes like Morbito. Paranoia Agent was the only somewhat boring anime I could get into to a certain degree, but half the time I felt like falling asleep while watching it.

I also have trouble with a few of the kiddie shows, like Beyblade and Rave Master.

I'll also agree that the One Piece dub done by 4Kids was awful. I recommend people to read the manga instead. As one guy I remember saying about One Piece during his demonstration of how to beat Super Mario RPG on Youtube said, One Piece was kinda 'raped and ruined' when it came to America by the 4Kids guys, and by the time Funimation got the rights to it, it was already too late to save it's interest to viewers.

Personally, I'm really hoping some new anime comes to Cartoon Network soon, and hopefully it will be anime that's actually entertaining besides Bleach or Deathnote. They seem to be giving long time anime fans who watch their adult swim line up the cold shoulder recently. Syfy seems to be more caring to anime fans these days than Cartoon Network, unfortunately their current show Monster is another boring anime to me.

I couldn't get into Princess X Princess. At all. Our club president made us watch one horrible episode. My friend the VP said it was like a messed up version of Ouran. I said he shouldn't defame Ouran like that. Also couldn't get into Kenichi, another of our president's ideas. That was also just horribly bland.

Any of the boring action animes with plots full of sunshine and rainbows, bent on converting everyone to be their bestest of friends. Fuck, that shit makes me vomit.
