Bravo sir!
He turned around, and said: "What the hell did you do that for?!"

I said: "Because you were talking inanely to the person next to you, during a film I was attempting to enjoy. Therefore, I kicked you in the head."
And executed with sheer satirical perfection. Kudos! ^_^

It's moments like that that make life worth living.

Amen to that. I had a "Long pause, then wtf" moment several years ago. Was hounded by a random chav through town. At least a mile. I turn round like "WHY THE HELL ARE YOU FOLLOWING ME, YOU INSEPID LITTLE CRETIN?!" and he just says:

"Look mate, if I 'ad me knife today, adda fookin stabbed yur one" and left.

I was just :| for half an hour before bursting into lols.

I talk during pretty much every blockbuster I see with friends

We got shouted at yesterday for talking about the innuendo in Harry Potter. That film is absolutely loaded with gay shit, I swear.

Here's something I saw in Town:

A couple sat at a table outside a cafe, talking, then suddenly, the woman slaps the guy off of his chair, pours her coffee on his crotch, and spits on his face. My dad then said to me: "Serves him right for wearing that tie."

I would have pissed myself laughing with that remark.... reminds me of this *wibble wobble wibble wobble*....

My friend Gary's dad, questioned about his preferences for coffee:

"I like my coffee how I like my women. Strong and Black."

I've never had any bad experiences like that. The worst that's happened was some kids repeating 2 or 3 lines throughout the entire film.

I remember seeing Happy Feet, and not being able to hear half of the movie because of a mentally retarded woman in a wheelchair who was not noisily gorging on popcorn, but also yelling loudly and indistinctly at random intervals in the movie.

That's the moment that comes to mind.

In regards to Chavs, here goes my Dad again:

"When I was at school, we didn't have chavs. We had 'Scruffs'. You never talked to a Scruff."

I make jokes if i'm seeing a film with a mate and we know its gonna be shit, but I don't do it in anything important coz i know how annoying it is. I caused a scene in Bournemouth Odeon a few years back for standing up in the middle of a film, turning around to the chavvy kids sat directly behind me and screaming at them to 'shut the fuck up and stop kicking my chair or I'd rip their fucking heads off'.
Needless to say they were quiet from then on, the rest of the audience however probably thought I was insane

I do it sometimes, but I usually just whisper it if a joke must be said. Just drag all those annoying people to see Rocky Horror Pictuire Show. That film was made for annoying hooters. (as in people who "HOOT HOOT", Not the other thing)

i haven't exactly had experiences quite like that... although there was this odd incident that occured about 2 years ago...

there were these kids who were around 11 or 12 years old, and they seemed to be imitating this event on a show where 2 idiots try to shout bogeys the loudest in a public place. they did it during all the intense parts of the movie too, so it completely spoiled the atmosphere.

eventually they were either kicked out by the ushers or threatened by another viewer. i'm not sure which. really don't care which one it was.

Sometimes I find it is good to talk in the cinema. i.e. Resident Evil 3. My friends comment on the final fight scene had the whole cinema in stitches.
