A guy threatened to kill me. I walked away and reported him. He got expelled.
Another guy decided to pick a fight with my friend and then with me. I never attacked, only defended. He walked away with a suspension and a swollen face. I went to class.
Another guy tried to get me in to a headlock. I just waited for him to give up and then I kept walking to the oval.

It's easy to fight. It's not so easy to realise that there are better ways to handle things.

I remember there was this one week when i was very depressed and pissed off with life because my best friend killed himself. basically i went mute and stayed away from everyone that week, so all the bullies fought i was going to very placid if they were to do anything.
In my ICT lesson one of them kept flicking stuff at me and i just lost it, pretty much beat the crap out of him in the lesson, needless to say i wasnt bulled from that day onwards in secondary school and he became terrified of me.
Lucky for i wasnt expelled or even suspended or given a single detention but i was given a stern talking to and told i had to go to counselling. the reason i was let off was because up till that point there hadnt been a single complaint against me, who says good behaviour doesnt pay off.

I don't have my own story but there is one incident from high school that I remember. I was in my PE class in my sophmore year of high school when this happened. The class I was in was standing on one side of the gym waiting for the teacher to show up and take roll. On the other side of the class is the Dance elective class which as one would imagine was full of girls. Our class (Basketball) had about thirty guys and two or three girls in it. One day I notice that an obese latina girl from the dance class was walking across the gym with a short girl in front of her who was facing her friend trying to keep her back. (no teachers had entered the room at this point, I assume they were in the locker rooms) When they got close enough I could hear the short one saying "No _____ it's not worth it" (I don't remember any names as I have a terrible memory for them) and when the fat girl got close enough to one of the girls in our class (a somewhat short blond girl for future reference) she yells something like "Hey *****!" and grabs the blond girls hair. What followed was a brief, twenty second or so, cat fight that was almost as pathetic as it was surprising. After it ended I asked the blond girl what had happened and she said "Oh Nothing, it's no big deal." I later heard that they had been in a fight before and that the blond girl had won. Apparently the fat chick was pissed that she lost a fight and wanted to start another one so she could have the last punch. (or impotent slap as the case seemed to be)

I never really got bullied because I have this theory or technique, whenever someone hits you, hit them back twice as hard, and I´m relatively witty not witty witty but witty enough to hold my own in an argument and win most of the time.

When I transferred schools in 6th grade, I became a sort of outcast at my new school. I never got the full-on bully treatment, but the only times anyone ever acknowledged me was to make fun of me. Until I flipped out in gym class at the end of 7th grade.

I had been having a bad day so far that day, and then some jerk knocked me down in a game of basketball and mocked me for my lack of athleticism. I snapped and went at him in a fit of blind fury. We nearly beat the shit out of each other, if it weren't for the teacher's intervention.

Three days of suspension and one missed field trip, and nobody ever messed with me again. Even better, from 8th grade onwards people started hanging out with me and more-or-less everybody treated me well for the rest of my grade school career.

Oh, and the guy I fought? We're friends now. He even (no joke) saved my life, once!

This encouragement of violence doesn't seem like it's going to end well... I was bullied at school and violence towards my bullies did jack-shit, only made it worse. Words worked a lot better for me and didn't end up injuring anyone...

I find violence to be a last ditch effort. That said, there is this lovely thing called testosterone that tends to make males (especially young ones) very prone to bursts of rage. Having someone torment you for extended periods of times will usually lead to said burst of rage. I know from experience, that despite being a pacifist I have seen whited out (not the best term, since I was literally seeing red) an struck somebody on a handful of occasions.

All of my MANY bullies have gone on to be some form of loser, no exceptions. Most turned out as high school dropouts with no jobs and a passion for Graffiti. I'm enjoying a great life at my university halfway to my Bachelor's degree and not stopping until I've had my fill. End result: High income doing something I like. It's practically guaranteed.

I don't know if it's just me but a couple times I actually lost it I felt awful afterwards. One time I grabbed, one guy who's been pissing me off, by the neck, just to realize a moment later - "wtf I'm doing strangling him".
You can say whatever you want, but violence is never the right answer, giving in to your own animalistic instincts makes you lose your humanity.

Well my thoughts on the video is

'Should of killed the bastard'

i see dero's like that day in day out who only seek to annoy and hurt other and whats there excuse 'Oh i was picked on at home' No BS. i believe the taller fellow should have gotten a medal and the smaller kid have his legs and arms amputated and then send him to the worst school's in the district.

Anyway my story i have Multiple personality disorder and 1 is a Sadist who wants to beat the shit out of people all the time

Anyway when i was in High school and i was bullied regularly by a plethora of different students who would say 'Go Die' instead of 'Hello'

i would tell my teachers the principal my parents and no help was done even after someone threw a Bin at me.

there was a Kid called Ethan Macfarland anyway he came up to me poked me in the eye pushed me to the ground.

And at this point in time i was learning to keep my Sadist side and others at bay

He Broke out and took over he Punched Ethan in the face i think multiple of times.

and i could hear my sadist side thoughts seethe into my mind he said 'Theres a pencil on the ground i cud use it to stab him he's dazed i could kill him' i had to hold him back otherwise he would kill ethan by stabbing him in the neck

so i got a hold of him and i took back control

i saw blood on my knuckles Ethan was still standing tears in his eyes as blood ran down his nose

i didn't stab him he ran away crying and bloody

then my Innocent Girl came out another version of me she plays dumb and acts like the injured party. but is very Witty and a coward

so she took over she didn't attack ethan she walked into class like nothing happened and when Ethan came back into class and told me 'Ill Fucking Kill You'

she played innocent and defensives

but because i had so much trouble holding Sadist side back i was very weak and couldn't control the others.

later our teacher asked what had happened

and my Witty Side came out and said some words that got him and me out of the Shitter. Ethan Got suspended had to talk to his mum had to say sorry to me and also had a concussion

I didn't get suspended i didn't have to say sorry.

The people that saw me fight back said 'That i was a Monster' 'that you changed in a matter of seconds' and my personal fave 'Dude you pwned that guy'

Here is my tip to everyone

NEVER GO TO THE TEACHERS THEY DO SHIT ALL every time i was buillied they did bollocks. Dont try to be violent either

that was my first ever fight

A friend of mine studies Krav Maga, he was walking home from work when two guys tried to mug him for what was in his briefcase. Lets just say, my friend had to call the ambulance for those two guys. He then walked on and left them on the floor.

Violence should never be the answer, but unfortunately is has to be sometimes. We don't live in a perfect world.

I should really study Krav Maga.
