By far my favorite Gamecube exclusive was Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, it was just absolutely perfect. But if you are also considering non-exclusives, my favorite game from the last gen of gaming was definitely Soul Calibur II, and the Gamecube version had Link, which is just amazing.

Link was broken as fuck because he could throw people out of the arena from half way across. I loved playing as him. Hell, Link was the only reason I beat like half the challenges.
Oh, really? Cause to be honest I only ever rented the Gamecube version, I tend to stick to the Playstation consoles for fighting games.

Your golden with Tales of Symphonia. Resident Evil 4 of course... and you better believe Baten Kaitos is an overlooked gem which needs to have a sequel for the new gen systems. Zelda games are a no brainer.

All of the ones that I was going to mention have been said already, with the exception of Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast. It starts off slow and there are some framerate issues on the GCN, but the controls are great and its just extremely fun, especially after you get the lightsaber. I sunk a lot of time into that game. Some of the later levels are really atmospheric and well done.

Hmm...

Lord of the Rings,: Return of the King. Movie game, I know, but it plays something like Gauntlet where you can be Gandalf. Yeah.

Battalion Wars: a pretty good Third person RTS

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance : The hardest damn Fire Emblem I've ever played.

Also, PRINCE OF PERSIA: SANDS OF MOTHERFUCKING TIME. That one is ART.

Assuming you haven't played it on the other consoles, Burnout 2. Mint arcade driving. Such a shame that EA stopped Takedown & Revenge getting ported to the GameCube for no apparent reason. Also, do invest in F-Zero GX if you like futuristic racing. Hard as heck in the harder modes, but good stuff regardless. Such a shame that Nintendo hasn't touched the franchise this console generation for no apparent reason. Also, Zelda: Wind Waker, if only for the graphics. Best example of cell shading ever. No exceptions.

Can I hear you say [HEADING=1]ETERNAL DARKNESS?[/HEADING]

Good. Eternal Darkness is probably the best non-nintendo game on the Gamecube. It's incredibly well written, incredibly disturbing, the combat's great, the art style is great and it's overall an incredibly entertaining survival horror game.

Also, Killer 7 and Timesplitters Future Perfect.
Another quote for ED. Such an amazing game.
