I normally only laugh at self-deprecation when i know the person doesn't actually fell lowly. So i'll say simultaneously don't beat yourself up/lol.

If you don't have a story to tell about how you'll only come out of the closet if you feel you won't be cornered and judged then oh well, never mind.

Umm welcome to the damn internet, if you have a problem with people misspelling and not using proper grammar I suggest you ether not comment on it or only read things written by professional, people comment to have fun and talk about stuff, not so they are reminded of high school english teachers. And before you ask, yes I hate people who do nothing but troll around offering nothing to the discussion and think they are high and mighty because they can point out other peoples writing flaws, seriously just ignore it and get a hobby.
The universe rarely deals with absolutes, and this isn't an exception. The choices are not "accept everything" or "leave the internet", and I am capable of enjoying some things and criticising others. After all the only reason I bothered making an account on The Escapist was because people generally read their writing before they posted it and the conversations could be quite intelligent, so I was avoiding what I didn't like to some extent. Additionally, I don't consider myself to be high and mighty at all, quite the opposite, though I can understand why you would reach that conclusion. Perhaps next time I will combine my criticisms with something relevant towards the discussion; perhaps that will decrease any ire.

Alrighty then.

My first post on this thread was really just a "here here" statement. But, since you'd like to talk games, let's do it.

Ugh.................that came out wrong.....................sorry

Anyway, what's your favorite games, systems, etc?

:p

In answer to the original question, yes.
Also, whats this 'omnisexual' Iv heard so much about? Is it like a Jack Harkness type deal where you're attracted to aliens as well?

Well "omni" tends to refer to everything. omnidirectional omni-gel, Om nom nom.
So I would assume it is a person who is attracted to anyone. So another word for Pansexual.
*googles it*
Wikipedia agrees.

Well, since I stumbled upon this thread, I might as well ask the question that's been bugging me for a while now. I'm a straight man myself and I never met a gay/bisexual person in real life (that I know of), but still I'm curious about bisexuality. I thought about it, and I can see how homosexuality is natural and there's nothing wrong with that. Bisexuality, however, is a whole different story. I mean, people eventually start looking for a partner, a long term companion they can start a family with, settle down. Straight people look for partners of opposite sex, gay - partners of same sex. So, my question is: what about bisexuals? I think, eventually, they have to make a choice, one way or another. I don't mean to offend anyone, but it seems to me that bisexuals are just sex addicts (again, I would have used a different term, but I don't want to offend anyone), who can't figure out their sexuality and need professional help. Comments?

I'm heterosexual myself, so I actually have no purpose being in this thread. I just wanted to note that there is a staggering number of LGBTs here. I mean I knew there were some but, wow.

I've always thought a bisexual is simply someone who is attracted to various attributes of both genders. I don't think sex has much to do with it at all really.

Could easily be wrong on that though.

As for using the term "grammar nazi", congratulations. It warms by heart to know people can easily compare those that want language to be comprehensible to the most murderous regime in human history.
Wow, it must be your first day on the internet.

Also, everything said in this thread, so far, has been comprehensible. I would say something like "Don't you have anything better to do?" etc, but I used to be a grammar nazi myself, but I certainly can't understand why I was. The more time that went by, the more I was dumbfounded by what was the point of what I did. It did nothing but get me enemies, and it didn't help shit, since people actually never correct themselves majorly because of some whiny, annoying wanker.

Let's say you're right. Now, let's say I'm bisexual and I have been in a relationship with a girl for the last few years and I'm perfectly happy with her. I never cheat (not really a sexual predator), so I had no intercourse with a man for years and I'm not going to break up with my girlfriend anytime soon. So, all things considered, how am I bisexual?

That's why I simply watch my own grammar, and if someone pisses me off with his spelling, I just ignore him. There is certainly no point whatsoever to correct anyone.

Because while you haven't acted on it, the attraction to the male gender would still be there, and should your relationship would the girl fail for whatever reason, you would be free to pursue a relationship with a man should you find one that appeals to you. A heterosexual would only pursue a female.

Or something. I'm not a bisexuologist.
