Amazingly, No

because of this fantastic small shop
called "GamesMasters" up leith
pretty much all PC games = £2.50
all the PS1 games = £5 or lower

I love it <3
I came into this topic to moan a little, but may well have found myself a good tip. Is it on the walk? Whereabouts?

Just take the number 16 bus, on the side with waterworld, about 5-10 minute walk up from there, or..bus it all the way, it stops right outside ;)

Dead Rising.

It's an 18 and I'm 17. So I can't buy it myself.

Whenever I happen to have my dad around I can't afford it though.

God damn it I want Dead Rising...
I hope you're ready for the most frustrating boss fights.... EVER.

System Shock 2, ever since I swapped to Vista. I was PISSED. It got so bad that I eventually tried torrenting (*gasp*), but even that didn't work. Looks like I'll never get to play it again...
Similar to this, I tried for years to get X-Com: Apocalypse to work on a non-DOS PC. Then it finally got released on Steam about a year ago - problem solved.

The 16? Not sure that runs from my neck of the woods, but I think I know roughly where you mean. As an aside, is Waterworld as fun as it sounds? I've passed by it a few times and have found myself intrigued.

It's good..haven't been in a while though, but even if you get off at the foot of the walk, it's about a 10 minute walk up, so it's not too bad

Well if you really can't find them then torrent them. Yes I know, but God and the developers will understand :)
Im starting to consider it. Also, come of them I can get through steam, which is good

Hell yeah! Do you know how hard it is to find SNES games where I live?
Seriously, Zelda: A Link to the Past is the TOP SELLING SNES GAME OF ALL TIME, and I can't find a single copy ANYWHERE! RAAAAAAGE!

Sometimes I wish that The Escapist had some kind of game trading program, that would be awesome!
i use a site called goozexdotcom. not trying to spam but u can trade old games to get new games and trade new games for old games

I was EXTREMELY lucky to snag a copy of Silent Hill 2 at a local marketplace. Guy obviously didn't know it's value either, cause he sold it to me for 10 [australian] dollars.

Aside from that, I have been craving Crash Bandicoot 1, 2 and 3 of lately. Also, Spyro: Year Of The Dragon, purely for nostalgic reasons. Wut, dont laugh.
