I have felt deep love for most of my pets. I had three in my life that when they passed away it hurt me terribly. One of which actually passed away in my arms and I had to bury her in my yard myself right after she let loose her last breath. But the one cat that when she died hurt me the most was my cat Lucky who was a calico cymric and lived to be nearly 15 and it just about killed me to have to say good bye.
I have another cat now who is also a calico named Miracle who we call Mickey and she is attached to me in the same way as Lucky was and I love her but not as much as I did my Lucky. Even after all these years when I think of my Lucky I still start to get depressed.
