Well, for me there's a simple solution to this conundrum:
Don't play games online with people you don't know.

...
Seeing how that's a snarky and unhelpful response I guess I'll go with:
Don't judge anyone by their voice, judge them by their maturity level.
God knows I've seen plenty of 30-somethings who scream into microphones and rant about how they're going to 'pwn' me right alongside just as many 15 year olds who while perhaps giving me a little smack are overall respectful and courteous.
...
Seriously if you dislike youths so much that their very voices bother you to no end then I'm not really sure what any of us can say that doesn't boil down to:
A) You're going to have to learn to deal with it.
-OR-
B) Yeah, I hate those damn kids also! Ban anyone under 18 from the internet!
BEGIN EDIT:
-OR-
C) Mute them.
END EDIT.

To finally get around to answering the question posed in the opening post:
"Young gamers with odd voices do not bother me, partially because they can not help it and I myself was once that age as well. Furthermore, the entire question is somewhat moot for me because I do not typically play games with other people anyway due to my extreme dislike of being forced to interact in real-time with people I don't know."
