Apocalypse Lane: Episode Four: Monster Date

I am beginning to think that people who post here don't understand the point of the show. The one liners are ok, but I thought what made it good was the absurdity of the cordial monster having eaten the show's protagonists. It was a good performance on Mike the monster. You feel for him when he is talking but he ATE the protagonists.

And the best line was "No [I didn't fart], my stomach is just a little upset. *fart* ... and I farted a little bit."

The series is only going to get better from here. We're going to head in a new direction with it soon that I hope people will like. It's been a challenge to make this thing so far, but I'm looking forward to all the episodes. Knowing where the series is going it's fun to look back on these older episodes and see the foundation we set.

OK, I'm taking your word for it and giving it a few more. So far, I just don't think this one's for me which is a real shame 'cos I want to like it.

Awesome!! We're about 4 episodes ahead of ourselves over here. Next weeks is funny but episode 6 begins a fun story arc.

I understand. Admittedly the show isn't for everyone. Stick with it for about 3 or 4 more, then see what you think.

There are moments that made me laugh. But most of it is so fucking predictable it really brings the whole thing down.

I guess this one had its flaws of the childish use of farting and belchin I had a smirk on my face, Big Pete try to make little jokes about the characters like when cuddles is holding something some one could ask:How are you doing tat with no thumbs"

I'm sorry, I didnt realise that the escapist had turned into a dictatorship where freedom of speech and the right to express an opinion had been suppressed. I will make sure to take note that my opinion is of no value if it does not match yours.

As far as I am aware, this thread is to give feedback on the show. Excuse me for doing just that. But as far as I am concerned, my post was more useful than yours. Rest assured, I am not interested in posting on any thread about this show any longer. And once again, excuse me for expressing my opinion. I will be sure not to do it around you anymore.
