Calling people stupid on the Escapist tends to frustrate some of our "newer" members. True, they tend to go a little overboard with their comments.

However, searching anger is something you should stop doing. Maybe you would have some more mature comments further on.

what lol? i don't think my comments are remotely bannable. I like to voice my opinion. You're right that I did start some comments that then make some flamewars happen, but those topics were controversial to begin with.

People aren't really getting dumber. 'Tis just that there are more people and hence the stupid things that they do are a lot more common, just cause someone does one dumb thing that doesn't make them stupid, if they don't learn from what they did then they are stupid. Hence, if the aforementioned kid shoots another car expecting a different result he is stupid and will quickly be removed from the gene pool. Possibly winning a Darwin Award.

Now, I'm on the outside of this conversation looking in, but you're going a bit overboard.

She hasn't done anything heinous or overtly disrespectful. The worst you could accuse her of is being wrong or carelessly honest with half-baked responses.

I think the Escapist is too quick to call differing opinions "trolls".
