Nope.

That seems weird. If I didn't want to play a game enough to complete it, then I clearly don't love it.
Maybe I'm just dating myself, but there was a time where it wasn't necessarily an issue of wanting to. Barring cheats, a lot of people weren't getting to the end of a lot of 8-bit or 16-bit titles.

No More Heroes. The premise is cool. I like the weird and colourful characters. But those awful side missions kill it for me.
You don't like minigames based on jobs so tedious we give them to immigrants?! You savage.

For me its anything that starts with The Elder Scrolls; I do side quests, explore, and everything but I never seem to finish up the main story.

MGS2. The fucking RAY battle. I love the game to death, and I would love to finish it, but I just can't get past that part. I haven't exactly put a lot of effort into it though. I'm sure if I just sat down and worked at it for a while I'd be able to do it but I just get frustrated at it. I don't think I've even managed to kill one, let alone three to twenty.

Yes, Mass Effect 3, I enjoy the game but for some reason I never got around to finishing it. I tend to pick up another game and I get into that and I simply don't go back to it.

Okamiden, To the Moon, Twilight Princess and Saints Row 2. All for varying reasons.

Okamiden I never finished due to laziness. To the Moon due to it being bland in the gameplay department. Twilight Princess because I got bored of it. Saints Row 2 because my PC is too shit to run it (Laugh at me, I dare you). Those are just off the top of my head.
