As before:

Chell/GLADos, Joanna Dark, The Agent: Kate Archer, Faith Connors, Alyx Vance, Princess Peach, Tifa Lockhart, Cassandra/Sophitia Alexandra, Chun Li/Cammy White/Rose Bison, Rubi Malone, Nariko, Claire Redfield/Jill Valentine, Anna/Nina Williams, Miranda Keyes, Jade/Shiva/Mileena/Kitana, Chai Xianghua, Cortana, Zoey/Rochelle, Damsel/Tourette/Velvet Velour/Pisha/Ming-Xiao, The Path's Sisters, Ashleigh Williams, Sailor Moon, Wonder Woman, Buffy Summers/Willow, Leia Organa, ALICE, Gatchaman Jun, Princess Zelda, Sarah Connor, Dana Scully, Vicki/Scully/Fox/Buns/Ira/Scope, Poison Ivy, Blade Kitten, Dangerous High School Girls in Trouble, Alexis, Felicia/B.B.Hood/Hsien-Ko/Devilot, Carmen
Sandiego, Hildegard von Krone, Charlotte Christine Colde/Cham Cham, Rogue/Psylocke...

You can maybe cross a few out as sexualised or stereotypical, but then...aren't some women themselves stereotypical? You'd hardly chop out Duke Nukem because he's a stereotype, would you?
You did include some good examples, however I do have to remove some: Psylocke (have you seen what she wears? She is sexualised. A better example would have been Kitty Pryde), Wonder Woman (same as above), Anna and Nina Williams (seriously, you had to pick two of the most sexualised Tekken characters. What about Jun or even Ling Xiahau (I don't know if that's right)?), Peach is stereotypical in the worst way (girls always need saving and wear pink!). There are probably more that I don't know from your list.

And no-one said characters being stereotypical is necessarily a bad thing. Most female stereotypes are though. They portray females out to be either weak and ditzy or as sexual objects of desire. Some even do both. Male stereotypes seem more fun."I am so manly, I am going to smoke a cigar whilst killing this monster with nothing but my abs, then I am gonna sex up some women!", in comparison to: "Oh noes! There is just too much sexiness contained in my body. I must unleash it by wearing less clothes."

As for my list, I would have to say Zoey from L4D, Ashley Williams from Mass Effect, Jaheria and Imoen from BG and that girl from Mirrors Edge.

Random side note: Based upon her insecurities, Miranda Lawson (ME2) should not dress the way she does. She doesn't seem to like the fact that she is judged upon her looks that were engineered for her by her Father. I would have thought she would try to distance herself from that.

Sarah Kerrigan?
Kerrigan? From Starcraft? Yes, especially as the Queen of Blades.
Yeah, from Starcraft.

She's still got a bangin' bod though. I'd hit that.

Even with the chitonous plating.

The Left 4 Dead women are actually pretty non-stereotypical. You have Zoey, a sort of loner-type who spent the majority of her time in her Dad's apartment watching horror films and Rochelle who's a journalist who got involved via being assigned there.
While I agree that Rochelle is not a stereotype, I was dissapointed at what a flat character she turned out to be. She had almost no memorable lines, and she was not nearly as well characterized as the other Left 4 Dead 2 survivors.

Its been said before but damn it all its a good example alyx vance Kat from Halo Reach, she has a unique appeal to her in the fact that shes not a dolled up woman pretending to be a Spartan. Shes the real deal and she could kick/kill you ass without a second thought and were it not for her voice, her going sans helmet and the way she walks at one point in a campaign cutscene you'd be none the wiser to her being a woman

Your partner in Condemned: Criminal Origins was the complete opposite of sexualized, stereotypical female.

Alyx Vance is the prime example of a non-sexualized/stereotypical female character. She has a purpose and a key aspect to the story.
And yet, people still sexualise her.

The fact is, a large chunk of people playing video games are male in the age range of 13-40, and the majority of them are, to some extent, perverts. Maybe it's conditioning of years of video games where women were oversexualised, but they tend to latch onto anything female and assume it's there for their titillation.

Alyx in her modest attire, demure proportions and plain-but-pretty facial features is every bit the subject of sexual idolatry as Kasumi from Dead or Alive. Probably even more so, because closeted perverts will choose to appreciate Alyx "innocently" on the basis that she's viewed as non-sexualised and therefore ok to perv at. Don't be fooled.

You're aware you're basically saying that a man who finds ANY woman attractive is perverted?

Failure in logic here.

She is not sexualized, nor is she stereotypical.

That doesn't change the fact that she's good-looking.

Heather from Silent Hill 3; she's skinny, has bad skin and bags under her eyes, and her roots need a touch up. She endures though a traumatic supernatural experience by having a strong will and a resourceful attitude, rather than a double-D and a rocket launcher.

Hammer from Fable 2 starts off sounding like a complete cliche; an Abbot's daughter that we have to protect? It turns out she's the hero of strength, and is appropriately massive, in a somewhat ungainly way. In contrast to her menacing build she is articulate, chatty, and probably the most good-hearted character in the game, if a bit insecure.

True, but by saying that you'd "hit that" does, in fact, sexualize her. But i'm not going to argue, cuz she is beautifully rendered.

She said early on that her looks can be used to her advantage, so why not? Profit can outweigh morals at times.

And that is April Ryan, from The Longest Journey/Dreamfall. April Ryan is the embodiment of this thread's basis.

Plus, it doesn't hurt that the developers still managed to design her as a very attractive young woman without sexualising her...
Except you pretty much start both of those games in nothing but underwear.
Granted, there is some context for it, but still...
Not knocking the game either because The Longest Journey is the best adventure game ever period.

In the end, my vote has to go to Jade from Beyond Good and Evil.

Ah right, I must've forgotten that bit. I never romanced her, so her conversation lines dried up pretty quickly and I think I have forgotten a lot of what she said. Ok, so fair enough using her looks to her advantage, she does seem a kind of do whatever it takes to get the job done kinda person. I don't know how advantageous wearing heels into a battleground is, though.

EDIT: Quoted wrong person by mistake. *facepalm*
