So I had a dream last night. Yes it's odd, but I dreamt of my perfect game. It had minecraft mechanics for gathering resources and building. It had npc's that lived their own lives and that you could interact with. (hostile or not) It allowed you to marry, tame animals, educate 'savages' (they looked like cavemen) to become your workers. And it had things like dragons, giants, but also normal animals and such to hunt or fight against. It also had a system for hunger, needing sleep in a shelter, etc. And lastly one for levelling up. You'd basically start out like in minecraft, having nothing and in the middle of nowhere. But by exploring you could find small settlements and such. Or you could build your own village, educate savages to occupy it, and build your own complete settlement and such.
So I'm wondering, if there a game that comes even close to this? Minecraft had the building, but not even close to the survival part. Skyrim has the interaction (kind of) and levelling system, but not really much of the building and survival. As far as I know such a game doesn't exist, but I've found in the past that the collective minds on this forum know a lot more than I do.
